Received an email saying Service will be terminated

Hi, my billing period is on the 27th of the month according to what my Barclays statement is showing, it shows how the payment is taken by iD on the 27th of the month, however, recently I received an email from a verified iD email source claiming that my service will be terminated today if I don’t pay. The problem is, my balance is definitely sufficient to cover the cost but iD mobile is failing to take the payment and is now ruining everything in the process. My credit score is going to be destroyed because of iD mobile’s incompetency. The payment should have been taken without any problems as the details haven’t changed. Also I am unable to login to the app nor the website on Windows. EDIT: turns out the iD mobile app/website has crashed, go figure. I need this urgently looked into as I do not want this to jeopardise my credit score: especially because iD mobile’s service is down and is at fault here, not me!
