No sim card

Just bought a new Google Pixel phone from Carphone warehouse and it's all set up but phone says there's No SIM Card and No Service. I've tried all the tips on your website and also activated the new SIM  box under My Services but can't get it to work. Can you help please.

Internal storage

I’ve got a Samsung Galaxy J3 which has 16GB of internal storage and I’ve used 15.49 of it. All my photos now go to the SD card and then backed up to Google Photos. However, every time I get a WhatsApp message the attached photos, film clip, etc is saved into the internal storage so it fills up quite quickly and I keep get warning messages the storage is low.  Any suggestions of how I can solve this problem? Thanks.

Clear browsing data

I have a Samsung J3 2017 mobile and have noticed something strange when I try to clear my Google browsing data from phone. It comes up with the following popup….Also clear data from these sites?This site seems important to you:hygienesuppliesdirect.comCancel or Clear I have never heard of this company and a Google search seems to indicate they are a real company and not some sort of malware or scam. I just don’t know why mu phone seems to have their name in my phone memory. Any ideas?

Photo back up

I’ve got a Google Pixel 4A phone and I'm trying to back up Whatsapp photos to my Google account. The phone doesn’t have an SD card so photos all go to Google Photos app on phone which is fine but have noticed that Whatsapp photos don’t seem to be backed up to Google Photos. If I look in Settings it says ‘Getting ready to back up’ and 857 items left but has said that for last 30mins. Any ideas to solve this problem please?

Emergency phone alert

Well it's now 3.15pm and we still haven't got the government emergency phone alert despite all settings for alerts, etc being on. Anyone else not had it?

Calendar backup

I’ve got a Samsung J3 2017 and want to change it soon to another android (probably not Samsung) and would need to transfer the calendar to the new phone. It’s a Samsung calendar, not a Google one, I thought it was being backed up to Samsung Cloud but can’t see it when I log in but their cloud is ending soon and all moving to Microsoft Onedrive but can’t see it on there either. I need to sort this out before I get my new phone. Any ideas what I should do?
