Number has not transferred

I have tried to transfer my number over twice over a week ago. The first time it said the details were incorrect then I tried again a bit later and it said its been successfully submitted. It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything and nothings been transferred?

order out of stock

I ordered a Samsung A52 5G earlier and received an email saying it was out of stock. It didn’t inform me before I paid and doesn’t say how long I will be waiting. Also checking it won’t take anything out before I receive the phone.
