Issue with information provided?

I am trying to port my number over multiple times over the last few days and I am receiving this error message ‘We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.’I can assure you that the information is correct, I have checked over and over again.Its getting pretty frustrating as I do not want to lose a number I have had for so many years and it seems impossible to speak to anyone for a resolution. Please help.
