WiFi Calling Stopped Working

Hi. I have an iPhone 5s. Up until a couple of weeks ago, I was happily using WiFi enabled calling at home. I get no mobile or 4G service at home so wifi calling was fantastic, however all of a sudden it has stopped working. My phone now just constantly says “no service”. My phone is fully updated using iOS 12.1.2. i have tried resetting my phone and my WiFi router but still nothing. Any help you can give would be greatly appropriated because people can’t get hold of me at home at all at the moment. Thanks very much.
