Overpaid Bill

My last bill said I owed £54 so I paid an extra £55 and bow I see I've paid a bill of £48. Why did I pay the extra I dont get it. I can't wait to cancel this contract, 1D is rubbish.

Making payment

My account was a bill of £54 so I made a payment of £55 and it still doesn't show as my bill paid. Also my latest bill states I've paid a bill of £103 and I haven't done that. Can anyone explain?

calls etc

Can you please help? I'm having problems with reception when I go through the hills and now I can't make a call because I've made it to my cap limit even though I'm phoning someone in uk. What's the point of having unlimited phone calls and text? ID is costing a fortune when I should be paying just £30 a month and the rest is free because its in the UK. And I don't make international calls.

Can anyone please tell me to contact customer services ? I like to pay bill, which doesn't work. Like to phone someone where there is no cap rubbish ? How to leave 1D and how much it'll cost?  Etc
