Not getting calls with out Internet & Web pages rejecyed

Omg can anyone help me please.... Iv never experienced such a poor mobile service. I'm trying to get help with not receiving calls while not logged into Internet 'keeps saying I have no celular connection??. Don't get Internet unless on wireless but have loads of data. When I try to go onto my account to see how much it would be to leave or just to chat to the bot' it said the url was rejected and I need to contact my administrator!!. I'm rubbish at tech and am losing the will to live.

Can't look up information on my other number connected to my accound

Can anyone help. I have phone 2 numbers in my name with id mobile. The other one belongs to my x partner. He wants me to cancel it but I don't know how to. When I go on the app I can only get information for my primary phone number I use?
