£7 sim only plan

On the web there is a £6 sim only plan offering 3GB data. For an extra £1 it then offers 4GB of data. When I log in on ID and try to upgrade, only the 3GB for £6 is available. Is there a way to get this through an upgrade? If not, is there a disadvantage of ordering it from the web?
