Private Message

ID mobile / Kash I am now sending a message from the other phone in our account and ask that Kash can follow on with the conversation he had before.To note I have logged onto the ID app using my husbands password as like I said previously carphone warehouse messed up our account.  So Kash hopefully you'll now be able to reply back to me on my email. Thanks Tracy Rowbotham

poor phone signal

Hi, I have 2 phones on this contract,  both on Samsung Galaxy A52s, my wifes and mine. This is the 1st time we have had ID as a provider and have had no issues with previous providers of EE and Tescos mobile.We both experience poor signal when trying to talk and this can also be when outside but worse inside.The voice of others breaks in and out so missing words and we both have to use wifi calling to try and improve this, although still an issue. We now revert to using whatsapp to ring somebody as this is clear.My postcode is OL42LX and is believed to be a good signal area.  Sim cards have been tried in different phones and still the same. Can you advise please ? Thanks Dave.
