My bundle is not working

I always purchase a 20 pound bundle ever month hut this month the payment came out and my bundle is not working. It says its active in my ID app and it won't let me call 7777 as "I'm out of calling credit"

My payment is being rejected.

Hey I hope I can get some help.  This is the second time in 2 months I've tried to purchase a bundle and the payment is rejected.  Says "Oops, your payment was unsuccessful. Please check your details and try again." Not sure why this has happened however its becoming a problem and I'd like to pay. Any advice would be appreciated.

£20 taken but no bundle?

Good evening, I took a £20 bundle and paid for it. The website even went to "congratulations you've bought this bundle" the payment is on my bank account statement yet I've got not data. No bundle. Nothing. How can I resolve this?
