data and messsges/call issue

got my daughter new phone with id mobile network recently and her data doesn't work properly outside of wi-fi also anytime she's sending messsges it's going through with apple id and not number and when she calling people although she is in their phone book it's coming up with original sim number although she has kept her old number.
