Can’t send text messages

Hi, I am am unable to send text messages, all my messages bounce back as undelivered. I have iPhone SE, I’ve tried to look at my message settings but cannot see a message centre. I have checked my coverage, it says very good. Near my signal at the top left it does not say ID 4G which it has done in the past only ID WiFi call. Can you help please?
