Cancel my mobile plan

 2 hours ago Hello, i have had a monthly sim only plan with id mobile for well over 12 months, i lost my old phone months ago, so do not have the sim, and have not used any data etc, obviously.I cancelled my direct debit, but could not cancel my contract on here because it kept telling me my account was closed, 6 months ago, so would not let me log on.I have letters from a debt agency for £12? How can I be getting charged for something not being used?Please, cancel my contract ASAP.Regards me.
