Issue logging into instagram

Does anyone else have any issues accessing Instagram on data, when I open the app it gives me a "couldn't refresh feed" ? I'm able to access everything fine on WiFi and all other apps. I'm using Google pixel 8 proI've tried the following - reinstalling app, also not on any beta versions- logging out/in (sometimes this would work temporarily)- restarting phone Appreciate any help!

Can no longer text friends/partner in Hungary

I have been trying to text and call my partner in Hungary and it just will not work anymore. Yesterday, trying to call and it put me directly to the ID billing with an automated message telling me my bills are paid. It does this everytime! It is soooo infuriating especially yesterday with some very important issues. Today I still can not. It has never been an issue, for any of my friends abroad until now?

Porting number from ID to ID via third party ... how long between switches?

Hello, I’m going from an ID sim only to a monthly contract.I understand you have to do a ‘triangle switch’ via a third party network, then switch back. My question is, now I’ve switched from ID to “A.N.Other Network”, how long should I wait before requesting the PAC code and switching to my new ID sim? Or can I do that right away? Many thanks

Periodically Switching down to 3G.

Hi All! I recently called one of my spare numbers on purpose which I knew was switched off. But I noticed, the signal bars suddenly changed, so I enabled data to see what was happening, it turns out when your calling a switched off or invalid number, iD for some peculiar reason drops the call down to the 3G network instead of staying on 4G/5G. I have completed the same test on iD’s host network, Three and it doesn’t drop down to 3G when an invalid number is dialled. Anyone know why iD does that? SMARTY also doesn’t drop down to 3G.

Data Upgrade - Cooling off period.

I've just renewed my phone and sim contract. I'm currently in the cooling off period. The box isn't opened and I've not broke the seal because I'm now regretting not getting more data. Is it too late to increase my data allowance in the contract or do I have to use my cooling off period to cancel the contract and start again? I don't want to keep buying extra data every month via the idmoble app. Many thanks in advance.

Existing mobile number assigned to someone else while switching to ID using PAC code

Hi there,I just recently tried to switch to ID last week and wanted to keep my existing mobile number which I’m using since last 2.5 years however, unfortunately it has not happened as promised and now I’m struggling to get my existing mobile number back and get this issue resolved. Despite following the instructions provided by ID customer service agents over chats, including obtaining a replacement SIM from a Curry's store and providing my PAC code and SIM card details for activation, my existing number was not successfully transferred to ID Mobile as promised. Instead, it appears that my number has been reassigned to another user, causing immense confusion and inconvenience, as my entire life, including business, personal, school, and banking details, is intricately linked to that number.On top of that despite my best efforts to resolve this matter, including providing transaction details and ID proof, my attempts to seek assistance from your complaint line this morning were met wit

Hi everyone,I ordered a phone on contract via mobiles.co.uk. Unfortunately the phone and SIM could not be delivered. However, mobiles.co.uk have sent a replacement phone and SIM card. No 5G in 5G area

Hello, I switched to idMobile as the contract stated it included 5G but I never get 5G réception even Ina 5G area. My phone is definitely 5G ready as I was able to access 5G on it with my previous sim provider, so why can't I access 5G with idMobile?

I see this is a recurring issue, but today when I attempt to open the app, I'm diverted to a Web page to "re-register." Upon doing so, I'm asked to add my mobile number, then get an error message "oops, something went wrong." Anyone else?

Mexico coverage.

I am in Mexico. I can receive sms but no calls..I am trying to check what's happening and I am blocked from the app, due to the new mobile app.Also trying to have a live chat to ask for help, live chat is never appearing on the page..Any advice how I can ask for support and why I am blocked to ge calls in Mexico?

faulty battery

Hi there I have had a iPhone 13 on contract from your company about 4 months ago and I haven’t insured it, last week I pulled my phone out my pocket at work as my pocket felt hot and the battery had started to expand it was that hot i couldn’t touch it but since then the battery has expanded that much it Has basically pushed the screen out that much it had cracked the screen and the phone is unusable and unsafe and I feel this may be due to a faulty battery installed in my iPhone I can no longer keep the phone in my home as I’m scared of it catching on fire is there anything yourselves or apple can do for me as I like my iPhone but I’m not happy about the quality of my product, kind regards Aiden

connection nightmare

I've not been overly impressed with ID mobile but I've persevered with it, but lately I'm having all sorts of connection issues. I have a Pixel 8 Pro but struggling with internet and connecting phone calls (4g and 5g). Also some calls (in and outgoing, phone and Bluetooth) the other person can't hear me halfway through a conversation. It's driving me mad as I need my phone for work.I have reset my network connection but it's still happening.Can anyone help?

sim replacement

My SIM card has fell out. my phone is not stolen. im trying to request a replacement sim, unable to log into the app because I of course don’t have the number. I’ve spoken to live chat and they are saying my address is incorrect. I have lived here since I got my sim, the address is correct. I’ve given contract details, reference numbers everything and they won’t respond with a new sim. I’ve called and blocked the sim. But the phone I still have. help I need a replacement asap

Hello, so I’ve tried to pay my bill via the app three times and it rejected so I use the phone number to phone and paid it that way I’ve gone back onto the app and it still says that I’m still need to pay it even though the money has gone out my bank and also can you change the number to another number?

I disconnected my services and transferred my mobile number to a different network as was no longer satisfied with the service I was paying for so I left before my upgrade date which was 31st of March but because it was Easter I left on the 3rd of April and now iD mobile expect me to pay £45.05. They sent me an email saying £0 outstanding balance but when I login to my iD mobile account it says £45.05 outstanding, so which is correct! The email or the account 🤔 screenshots of the evidence, email and my iD mobile account.

I referred a friend on the 13 Dec , he has made 2 payments , and 90 days has passed , but still haven't received any news of the voucher . How can I chase it please ? I have read all terms etc and I should receive an it.Can someone help out please
