Two ID Phone Numbers

I have two ID numbers. One for my wife (payg - I pay the bill and have an account set up for that number). I've just bought a new phone on ID and want to set up another account to see my contract/bills/usage etc. How do I do that?

Not receiving OTP after porting number to ID

Alright so, my old number was ported over to ID. Everything works fine, i can make and receive texts and calls perfectly fine. However, when trying to sign into PayPal, I needed to complete two-factor authentication, through the use of an OTP. I didnt recieve the OTP so i kept trying yet kept failing to recieve the text. I tried with other apps too, showing me it wasnt PayPal that was in fact playing up. I've searched the forums and seen that I may just need to wait up to 48 hours for everything to be sorted (which it has now been). Ive tried other methods such as turning off Chat Features on samsung messages and RCS but all have failed. Ive also tried taking the sim in and out, turning my phone on and off but all to my dismay it doesnt work. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Slow 4G connection

About 2 weeks ago we had a major broadband outage in the area. Affecting all ISPs.Since then my 4G has been extremely slow. Ookla speed test fails to even test the speed. Can anything be looked at by ID please?

signal dropping constantly and everywhere

Hi there. (Forgive typo in title..didnt see it til hit list and can't seem to edit the title!) I'm hoping I can hear from someone from ID on here as live chat never seems to be functioning and there's no phone number to speak to a person. I've not been with ID long but I've found my GPS signal drops constantly and everywhere - driving to town (Ashford), driving to small city (Canterbury) and even up to and around and in London I lose signal for chunks of 15-30 mins at a time. It's not useable! I need it for sat nav on my phone! Please help - never had this with any other company before. I expect it dips here and there but not for such a long time and in major cities and roads where I KNOW there is good reception with other carriers. Any help gratefully receivedThanks

I cannot log into my website.  I can enter my email address and pw but the button does not react and the web page is dead.   My browser is fully up to date.  What is wrong please?

I can't transfer my number using PAC

I’ve recently joined iD Mobile from Vodafone. I got sent a PAC number by Vodafone and now can’t be sent a new one for another 30 days. When trying to to transfer my number it says ‘We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.’ I tried what everyone said and type my surname in capital letters but that didn’t work either.  I can’t work out if my number has transferred across or not. I tried to create an iD Mobile account and when it asked me to type in my phone number, I tried my original phone number and it said it couldn’t be found, so I then tried the phone number that they sent me and they said they had sent me a security code to create my account. However I never received that code which makes me think my phone isn’t using that phone number either. Seems like I’m stuck in between 2 phone numbers??

Form last two month some messages coming from 85222 Deal Alerts and am being charged each time.Anyone have any idea how I can block or terminate these?Any assistance would be appreciated

refused upgrade

have been with id 4 years on a pay monthly contract always pay direct debit so never missed a payment  never had an upgrade either  so time to do so  as current phone is slowing down went through all proceeders orderd new phone and contract got confirmation e mail for order   then 4 hours later another e mail with this message    We’re sorry but we’ve had to cancel your order (125643884) as it didn’t pass our internal security checks.Internal checks are carried out for the safety of our customers and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Regards,The iD Team

My messages won’t work after changing to ID

I have recently swapped to ID and my messages won’t send correctly, I see this issue has been spoken about for over 2 years now and I see there is a work around. However this settle for a workaround is not good enough.I say it’s not good enough as the workaround doesn’t even work in my case. I have turned off iMessage (which I shouldn’t have to) to send messages.  This is the exact issue I’m having:I send a message, the message goes through, however I get a Green bar as to say it still sending, in this time I cannot send any more messages and then get a “cannot be delivered” notification after every message I send. Along with this messages can take up to 10-15 minutes to send!Any help would be appreciated as I’m considering dropping ID after only experiencing the services for a day, which I ideally don’t want to have to do

Your Network Coverage is abysmal in Central London

Having only praised ID Mobile for the speed and ease of porting my mobile number from EE to ID, today I’m having serious concerns about what I’ve done.I work in the entertainment industry and need my phone to work in and around Central London. Today is the first day I have been in London since changing to ID and I have to say I have serious concerns about the effectiveness of your service.In Covent Garden I was unable to access any apps or services simply because the signal strength was so poor. At best I was getting 1 and at a push 2 bars of signal strength and only on a 4G signal. Being unable to access apps or data and even receive phone calls in this area is a big no no.I have a 5G enabled phone and whilst the signal is strong where I live, being mobile means that such a service should be consistent across the board. Also when I’m in doors I use my home wi fi service so signal strength isn’t an issue and nor should it be an issue when I am in the capital City!At best I managed a 4G

I’ve had ID mobile for 3 days and my 4G is as slow as dial-up

I live in a big city, there’s phone masts everywhere. My connection is just as bad when I’m outdoors as it is when I’m inside. So it’s not being blocked by walls, and there are no cranes or temporary structures in the way of my nearest mast. I was with o2 for 15 years and even their internet was never this bad. Why am I paying so much for 100GB data that I can’t use? If I play a video it will load one second every 20 seconds, surely this is unacceptable. If it doesn’t get sorted I’ll be leaving, thank God I have 30 days to trail this excuse of a network

number not trasferred

As many of you have stated, my number has not been ported despite submitting PAC and I have been without my phone for two days now. There is no help and second day of my contract I am regretting joining this terrible operator. I have no way of contacting anyone. Is anyone from idmob checking this by any chance …surprise me with some response

Calls keep going to my ID Sim card despite moving to o2

A few weeks ago I transferred my number from ID (using PAC code) to o2, all fine apart from when anyone on the ID/Three network calls or sends me a txt it still goes to my old SIM card (I have this in a spare phone).When I call from my ID SIM it comes up with a different number to the one I transferred to o2 as expected.I have raised this with ID support but no surprise nothing has been done to fix it (I’ve waited a week), I may as well talk to the wall for all the help they have been.Any ideas how to get this fixed?

Wifi calling options on Samsung A52 5g

I have recently taken out a contract with ID and have a brand new unlocked Samsung A52 5g.  I need to use wifi calling but I can only guarantee using this in airplane mode as my phone does not show the option to make sure wifi is preferred over mobile.  I am told by Samsung that this is something that needs to be enabled by ID as it is something that is embedded in the phone and I need update the carrier settings for this.  I have tried talking online to an advisor but they just do not understand what I need and keep telling me my wifi calling is enabled.  Tearing my hair out don’t want to leave ID but this is a vital thing for me.

premium txt messaging has stopped working

Can't make calls saying I have reached limit

I can't make calls saying that I have reached capped limit when my account is showing unlimited calls, texts and 1GB of data remaining.I am really not happy with this as I was supposed to make an urgent phone call and unable to do so.Please help me with this.
