phoning a landline from my mobile

Hi, My wife and I have recently moved to ID mobile but have found that when we phone a landline the person we phone tells us the line keeps breaking up. It's incredibly frustrating as we are trying to organise my mother in laws funeral and both the funeral director and the caterer said they couldn't make out what we were saying. Is there a known fault at the moment? Thanks

I hate my phone! But it has a tiny scratch, can I return it?

I decided I’d give an iPhone a go and got the 13, but I really don’t like it, everything just seems so difficult compared to android, the cameras not as great, and I just don’t enjoy using it at all.I know you can cancel within 14 days (I’ve had it just over a week) but it has a tiny scratch on it from accidentally putting it in the same pocket as my keys. Does this mean I can’t return? I’d be happy to pay a fee if that would be an option? The idea of having this phone for 2 years isn’t great 😅

£50 Currys Gift Card not received

I ordered a pixel 7a from iD and along with the order I was promised a £50 currys gift card. The time for me to receive the gift card has now passed and I still have not received it. Someone please help

id mobile gone down.

using phone for work apps.id decided to stop working tonight meaning ive lost work and possibly contracts.also my brother is bedridden and extremely ill.i couldnt even send or recieve phone calls.this has lost me alot of money and the family stress of not being in contact this is absolutely not on.

Upgraded yesterday and Sim stopped working, help?

Hi All,  Upgraded my contract yesterday and my sim stopped working around lunch time today, received the new phone shortly after and swapped the sim over and still not working. Any ideas?

id mobile app not working

I cannot currently use the id mobile app. It gives me an alert saying that it is unable to load and to check the network settings. Is anyone else having the same problem?

No service

Today I woke up and apparently have no service. It is very strange as if I make calls out ID bars and signal appear but then disappear again afterwards. I have also been unable to login to the ID mobile account as the webpage seems to not load all day. I guess it is a network thing, but I have tried updating, resetting network settings, manually selecting the operator and I cannot do anything else as far as I know. I have an iphone SE and it updated to Apple IOC 17.1.2 today, but the problem preceded this.

Since switching over to ID last week + porting my number. Some people can't contact me, it says number not available. It seems its people that are on O2 or BT ?

Missed delivery. Wrong PDP delivery information on website

My phone has been returned to Currys after two attempts.According to ID Mobile website below:3 attempts will be made Then DPD will keep it for seven dayshttps://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/product-deliveryDPD deliveriesIf you're not at home when DPD arrives with your order, they'll leave a card to let you know they tried to deliver. Call the number on the card to arrange another delivery time.If you don't call DPD, they'll try to deliver your order on the next working day. If you're still not at home, they'll try a third time, on the following working day.If you don't pick up your order after the third attempt, DPD will keep it for seven days and then return it to iD. We'll then contact you to arrange a redelivery. I ordered my phone on Sunday, I did not get it delivered on Monday or Tuesday while I was at home, then one missed delivery happened on Wednesday and a second on Thursday.  I had already checked the id mobile website so I stayed home on Friday for the third and final

PAC code error on IDmobile form page. Please HELP!

Hello,I’m trying to submit a PAC request via the online form. (https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/customerPortIn) I've checked all the fields and the information is correct however I keep getting an error: “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.” I’ve resorted to posting this here as the Chat support is also not working even though it should be live.Please can someone get back to me.

Failed credit check

Hi all, 3 days ago I attempted to purchase a contract for a Pixel 8. I already have a contract for sim only with ID Mobile, but upgrading didn’t really seem to be a thing so I just purchased it then was going to cancel the other. I then had an email telling me I failed the credit check. I attempted to repurchase and ensured ALL of my details were correct, and there is no reason for me to fail a credit check. - but it failed again. I logged a complaint and they told me 72 hours, which it will have been by tomorrow morning but I have now seen others say they were never contacted with regards to their complaints so this has led me to become concerned. Rather disappointingly, even if they did contact me to resolve it in the morning, the phone I chose which was ‘1 day delivery’ is now stated to be available for the end of NEXT MONTH.  Can anyone offer any advice on how to get this sorted? Is it likely anyone from the complaints team will actually contact me? I’m extremely disappointed as a

Where do I report sites that are wrongly filtered by the adult content filter?

I recently signed up with ID Mobile and noticed that 4channel.org is blocked by the adult filter. The website 4channel.org is "safe for work", no nudity or porn allowed. This shouldn't be blocked, especially considering that websites like reddit.com  which allow hardcore pornography are not blocked. However, I wonder how I can raise this issue with the correct team at ID Mobile? There’s no email address to contact ID Mobile, I’m not going to waste my time with a live chat, and making a complaint seems OTT.

Cancelling and getting a Pac Code

My contract finishes on the 29th November, I have a new phone and will request a Pac code as i want to keep my number and i understand that it will cancel my plan once i activate it on the new phone. My question is if I activate it on the 30th November, will I be charged for a new month or not? Or can I use it on the 29th the day of my end of contract?

iD Mobile Ombudsman ?

Hi Seriously had enough of this company now had on going issues since Feb 2023 and there answer to fixing it is giving me new sim cards, I complained they sent me a letter in the post to phone them had me sat on hold for over 47 minutes so i gave up, emailed them back and now CEO office is ignoring my complaint Ive looked on CISAS website but cant see iD listed on there who do they use ?

transferred number not workong

I received a massage from id mobile that my old number has been transferred! I have tried to add my old number on iPhone 15 but am not able to ! I followed all the community advice I could fine. Stoped iMessage shut down phone restarted, reset the network settings and tied to add the number to my apple account and link it but nothing works ? I know have a messed phone and no access to called and messages. Please can some help what else can I do ?

Refer a friend: help needed - nowhere to enter transaction number

Hi All,I joined iD Mobile via my friend’s link and received an email with “Click the button below and submit your iD Mobile account number to be on the way to claim your reward”.When I click on that button, it says “You cannot refer yourself” at the top and then the standard page where I can send a referral link to someone or buy a contract.There is no form to enter my transaction number into.I tried a different browser but the only difference is it does not say “You cannot refer yourself”.I contacted Customer Service via Live Chat but they said they are unable to help me, which is absolutely crazy.Could anyone help me or it’s a completely broken system? I can see a lot of similar posts with no solution.. Thanks

Why aren’t I offered any Apple phones when upgrading?

I currently have a sim-only plan but am considering a new handset. I am eligible for upgrade but I am not offered any Apple handsets, only a limited selection of other brands.Why is this? And how can I get an iPhone via this account?

Black Friday Deals and contract cancellation

HiMy ID contract has 2 months left, I have a cancellation price which I am happy to do due to the very good black Friday deals on various websites at the moment.If I get my Pac code and pay up my contract, will I be able to take a new ID mobile contract and port back in with a triangle port to keep my number?Thanks for any help.

unable to ring 1 contact since moving to id

Since switching to Id I've been unable to ring my mum. The call my end there is no dial/sound but she's picked up and everything is normal her end and can hear me. But it is total silence my side of the call. She was with Virgin but that's now swapped to O2.

poor signal

Been with id one week and new s23 ultra Signal is 0 til 1 bar usually 0My coverage on map says excellent at bt715au Been on chat 4 days in a row each day they said would be sorted at 6pm that evening nope never happened Tried all the tricks sim in different phone Reset network settings all that  Coming from sky mobile that had full bars of signal in my area for over 4 years this is useless and unusable can someone help
