Old Sim Still Working After Porting

Hi, recently changed form EE to ID. Gave ID my PAC a week ago and thought everything was working on. Turns out some people have been messaging and calling me but these have not been coming through on my new phone. Turned my old phone and these calls and messages popped up??? Has anyone had this issue before and know how to resolve this? I'm expecting some important calls so need to get this resolved.

my phone number has only been partially transferred

I have transferred my old phone number to my new phone. And canceled my old contract.    my Phone number works when I get called, but not when I text ( it’s still using the number the phone came with) and therefore I am not receiving my texts.    I have been told the switch has happened I have re started my phone  I am not sure what to do now    thank you

Ending my contract but the cost seems to be wrong

I would like to end my contract early so I received the text with the amount it would cost me to leave on the 1st of November. Since then my new phone has arrived so I just went back to pay that off to end my contract early but it has gone up by £40 but I have any no additional costs since then, Why is this?

Help activating my new sim

There was a fault with sim, I was sent a new one. It was activated using my partners number instead of mine and his was deactivated. I Was told to give my partner the sim and they would send another one out and activate it using my number, the second one arrives and they activate it using my partners number deactivating his sim and giving me his number yet again. Would I need to wait another 2 days to receive sim then another 2 to get it activated as its already been almost a week without it already or would it be possible to get a new sim with new number and same plan ?I feel like the second option would be easier for them as twice they have gave me wrong number.

Port from EE

I have had confirmation that my number has ported over from EE. I can call and message out, but I can't receive calls or texts. Fortunately what's app works. I have tried lots of things suggested already,  ie off and on, flight mode on and off and checking the sim in another phone (same issue )  Any help please?

Samsung Galaxy A52 - broken sim/micro sd tray release

I wanted to replace the micro SD card in my Samsung Galaxy A52. The sim card tray is stuck and the mechanism to release it broke a few months after I got the phone. As the sim is stuck inside the phone I've been reluctant to hand the phone back to be repaired as I'll be without a phone (as I can't take out the SIM card I therefore can't put it in a spare phone). How do I go about getting my phone repaired without being left without a mobile? I've had the phone since April 2021. Thanks.

3 Planned network outages

As I have a “3” phone, I get messages from them, when planned work is going to affectmy postcode.Had no such warning from idMobile though, on another device, or I’d have assumed the worse; they should look at being able to relay that info to their indirect customers.😎

Returning old phone after upgrade

Hi  I received my new upgraded phone however the email states to pop my old phone in the Jiffy bag provided and send back as it’s already prepaid. However I don’t seem to have any additional Jiffy bag and the address is obviously mine on the bag for my new phone. Does the prepaid bag come separately?  kind regards and thanks Michaela

Number Hasn't ported but old Sim stopped working

How long should this take, as I would of thought as soon as my old sim stops working my number on the ID sim would work. This is very inconvenient for work as I’m missing important phone calls.

Extremely poor data signal

Worst network ever! Signed a 24 month contract for a new iphone, may as well be carrying a brick in my pocket. ID mobile has the worst signal quality. Internet speed is very slow everywhere I use my phone, but particularly in London.I have already tried:Resetting network settings, DID NOT WORK Using a new SIM, DID NOT WORKI have got in touch with customer service many times, but problem has not been resolved. Customer service is via chat only which is also awful. I suspect problem with my signal it’s poor network quality from Three, and maybe Three also prioritises bandwidth for their direct users.I have asked if I can leave the network, but have been told I need to pay off the rest of my contact. This is ridiculous given the service I am being provided does not live up to commitments made. I will submit a complaint to OFCOM if this is not resolved. And leave negative reviews wherever I can.

Just received new SIM; how do I create account if I don't want to d/load app?

Just switched to this provider for my home broadband router, have created my community id- how to I log into my id Mobile account on my laptop? Thanks.Their marketing dept., should sort out the incorrect “community” url that’s on the SIM card holder! Shows as invalid.

Phone locked

PAYG SIM not working

Hi, I bought a PAYG SIM for my son yesterday. I can call him, but he’s unable to make outgoing calls - he just gets an automated response of “You're currently unable to make any calls as you've reached your capped limit”. The SIM card was purchased from Currys yesterday, it’s a £6 1Gb Data / Unlimited texts / calls bundle. Can somebody please PM me to get this investigated? Thanks, David

Unable to log-in to cancel my contract

Here’s the thing. I have been paying a regular direct debit for many years now, for a phone that was used by my wife until she passed away nearly two years ago. I am only now getting round to sorting out the gritty details. I have the account number, but I don’t have the phone, I don’t know the number and she would never have thought to create an online account. I heed the warning not to simply cancel the DD, but with no phone number to call and the webchat disabled unless you have a pin number, I am going round in circles.Suggestions?
