Why am i being charged after leaving?

Hello. I left ID mobile and cancelled my sim a few months ago but I've just noticed I've been getting charged £1.86 per month. This is well after the contract was cancelled. I was paying £6 per month so I've got no idea what's going on or how to stop this.

I have been with id mobile a few months now and as much as i like it there is one thing that really bugs the hell out of me thats the speeds i have never once got over 10mb/s is this normal?

Credit recored ruined

ID refused rather not willing to mention on my credit recored that I paid my bills, month after months complaint team  they keep saying give 4 to 6 weeks, when that up, they will say the last complaint is closed and start again, I am still waiting someone from ID whoever it might be is willing to communicate with credit recored companies all of them to show it is settled.Due to ID mobile incompetent journey from the start I had to pay for something it wasn’t my place to clear, first I finished my 24 months paying them without a fail. When it was time to stop the contract which I never use for the last year, they agreed to stop it at the end of the contract, but they did not. I stop my direct debit on 25th months want away for 3 months. As advised from Curry’s carphonewher house manager. Little that I know that this information will stop me buying propertyI am now stuck with bad credit, all my life I have paid my bills and now from credit score 900 I am below average for £87 that is not

charged for a month and a half

I have just opened my bill for this month and it is £19 - my plan is £12. I see I have been charged from 1st October - 17th November. Why am I paying more when it should be monthly? Also, my scheduled payment for December is still £12, so I am not paying any less as I’ve paid for November this month?

Hi i have unlimited data but finding it hard to use my mobile phone internet on my laptop , even with the mobile sitting beside the laptop it’s very slow and sometimes goes off or lost connection, is there a dongle i can get or something useful to boost up my signal from mobile to laptop

Hi, I have just upgraded to a S22 & can claim galaxy buds as part of the deal. I require proof of purchase to claim these, but did not receive an invoice with my new phone. There was only the phone & sim in the parcel. Could you please send me one?

App and automated service won't let me make a payment

My bill for the month is due and I’ve continuously forgot to set up a direct debit, so as a result, I end up paying it manually each month.  I usually pay using the automated phone service as the ID mobile app gives me error messages when trying to pay on there. It often takes a few tries as she’ll say “sorry, I’m having issues trying to take your payment.”. Usually after a couple of tries she’ll take payment and it’s all sorted. However this time, I’ve tried roughly 4-6 times and she’s still refusing. I’ve tried to pay on the ID mobile app, and after managing to get access to the page without it telling me “There was an error processing your request” or whatever it says, it tells me my card number is invalid. I’ve checked it over countless times, comparing it to my physical card in my other hand and there is no mistake.  I can’t sort it through the automated chat service, and I can’t get through to an agent via the automated chat service as they are all busy. I desperately need use of

I've had a letter stating I owe money to an account I did not set up

I received a letter stating I owe money but I have never set up an account with you. I thought it was a scam but now received a letter from a debt collecting company. I have no way of contacting you as have not customer number etc. Please can someone help!

I've had a fraud account made in my name

Hello,i am trying to get in contact with someone from ID Mobile to report a fraud but it is the most difficult thing.I have just found out that someone has created a fraudulent account under my name. This was created 2 months ago and its now effecting my credit score. I need this rectified ASAP.I have contacted Action Fraud and i now want to speak with someone from ID Mobile, a human preferably.Please assist as soon as possible, as you can imagine this is extremely distressing.

Why is the online exclusive upgrade different when i click on view deal?

Why was i offered on exclusive online upgrade for £23.99 a month so i clicked on view this deal and went ahead but the final page said it was £29.99 a month with less data allowance?

signal crackly and cuts out

On calls the line is so bad I need to get people to hang up and ring again very frustrating indeed I need good signal as a vulnerable person I need a good line. This phone is a Samsung galaxy  21 FE and is brand new could you send me a new sim so I can try the new sim if the problem continues I may have to send phone back or cancel this account. any help would be much appreciated

I've ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max and I still haven't received it?

Hello I ordered the IPhone 13 Pro Max on 03/10/2022 and it was showing it was in stock and I would receive the delivery next day. I then had a further email to say they had taken payment for the phone but it was now out of stock so they would let me know when it was available. I have since had no correspondence.  Please can you let me know when I am expected to receive my phone as I am going away shortly and would like to have it before. many thanks

Can't send texts tho I can receive them and voice calls are fine.

I bought a cheap SIM for my son to use walking to school. It had some data and unlimited calls and texts.  It’s been a couple of months without using it but he started today.  He can make and receive calls and can receive texts, but not send texts - it just says Failed, with no explanation.I think I need to check the status of the SIM card - if it needs a topup or similar, but I can’t find a way to ask iD about this. Any wise words gratefully received.

I upgraded my SIM only on September 25, it still hasn't gone through?

I upgraded my sim only Plan on the 25th of September - I have an order number for the upgrade. However it hasn't come through, my bills and avaiable Mins/Internet etc are still being charged at the previous contract prices/limits and I can't seem to find any way to contact anyone regarding this.

USA Roaming

Good morning. We are going to the USA for a few days and need to be able to use my data whilst there. I know all ID Mobile plans use the Three network. Three do something called a “Go Roam” package which charges you £5 per day whilst in USA and it allows you to use all your allowances. Is this something I can get through ID Mobile or do I have to go to Three directly ??
