Forgotten Passcode

Hello I just had my brand new phone yesterday, today I have tried to go on it and I have forgotten my passcode so I can’t get in, does anyone know how I’m going to be able to get back into my phone? thanks

PAYG Tethering

I understand that tethering is permitted on ID but not officially supported. Is it possible on a PAYG sim (e.g. with an unlimited data top up) and are there any limits?

sim card activation - transfer of old number

I have recently purchased a new phone with ID network sim. My mother did too, and when she placed the new sim in the phone her iD number was immediately sent through to her so she could set up the iD phone and transfer her old number. Not only have I not received this message, but the SIM card is failing to connect and I haven’t received any confirmation emails from iD. This is NOT an issue with the handset, as my old sim worked perfectly well in the new phone as I waited for the arrival of a sim, having not been sent one through originally by iD. As I don’t have a number associated with my sim I am unable to get help and am feeling very desperate now. Please help me

Cancelling new contract, sim not received after 5 days

I helped my mum change her plan on Saturday but without notice or any prior notification her son was deactivated and we found out a new one was to be delivered in "2-3 days". She's a pensioner who lives alone and works part time, self employed, so relies on her mobile.  Live chat said she just had to wait for the new sim to be delivered. It still hasn't turned up so tonight I purchased a payg sum from Three and did a 3 hour round trip to get her set up.I tried cancelling the contract on the id app and online but it said she would owe £82.89 line rental.  She won't be paying another penny but I need help getting this cancelled with the PAC code to transfer to a more reliable network.

Cant receive security OTP codes

Hi there, I just ported over to iD and I am having the worst experience, I cannot receive any OTP texts from any company, clearly the issue here is yours (iD Mobile). I am very frustrated by this and request an immediate solution as I need this for work and banking

I am trying to register but it wont let me. I am using the number given on the information sent to me and I am obviously using my correct name and date of birth but it still keeps telling me that some of the information is incorrect. How do I register?

5 Digit text messages - can't text these numbers

I cannot send text messages to shorthand 5 digit phone numbers. Your technical team have text me saying they have fixed the issue but it still doesn’t allow me to send messages. It just says not delivered. Can you please advise how to do this?

unable to connect to 4G

Hi,I have Samsung S6 and cannot connect to the 4G mobile network  although the phone indicates it is connected. If I select 3G manually in the mobile network menu I can get 3G or H. I have to select this manually  though it wont default to 3G if it cannot connect to 4G. I have tried resetting phone eg on off , removed Sim, reset access point name etc.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Sim not working

Received my new sim for sim only deal yesterday. When I log into my id account it says its active but my phone is telling me its not so cant make calls/texts. My old sim has also been deactivated so I have not had use of my phone for 24 hours! The sim is inserted correctly and I have turned my phone on and off several times. Please help 🙏

SIM not working from few days

Hi,  I have had an iD mobile SIM from about one year and a half and it has always worked well until few days ago when it stopped working. I have extracted it from my phone and cleaned it, I have also turned off my phone for few minutes and turned it on. As I have a dual SIM phone I have also tried to change the place of the SIM. None of those things has worked as my SIM is not working, it seems like it’s not active. Can you please help me? Thanks.

Phone displaying no service since 28/06/20

I've cancelled my account but still being billed?

Have been recieving letters asking for me to pay an overdue balance on an account that i had cancelled years ago. When I attempt to rectify this, i cannot login as none of my emails are apparently recognized. When i use the phone number to login in im greeting with this message. “Your iD plan has ended, so you will need to contact customer services on 0333 003 7777 (charges may vary) to reset your login details. Customer services will provide you with the verification code that you have to enter below. The verification code will expire after 15 minutes if it isn't used, but don't worry - you can easily request another one if you need to.”. However with Covid, these services are not running so i am confused as to what to do to avoid the charges and not have my credit damaged, as its saying the balance is due in a few days.

I would like to write off my handset from my monthly plan

Hi, I would like to write off the monthly handset charge from my current plan.   I currently pay £18.47 monthly for 500min, 2GB data and unlimited texts. This contract ends on 19/5/20, this Tuesday, so I will have paid the price of the handset in full. Does this mean my monthly plan will automatically reduce to only include the price of the data, minutes etc.  or will it still automatically charge me extra for the handset, even though this will have already been paid for in full? I can not find an option on the app for this, so I assume it automatically drops it from the monthly rate? Thanks Kian

Mobile internet speed

The iDMobile app is great, and I can see you are doing your best on customer service at this difficult time. My problem is internet - it’s virtually unusable as it’s so slow. I have switched to 3G and it’s only marginally better. Alas it means I can’t use the phone. I live in London - are there technical issues right now?

didn't go through with upgrade-got new plan via email, cant cancel old plan

Just finished 2 year plan, wanted to keep phone and number and stay with ID. Instead of doing it through the app, I bought monthly SIM through an ID email. So have set up SIM only plan and direct debit, and have received SIM but not put in phone. Of course I'm still being billed for previous plan and the new one doesn't show up in app. Saw a previous question which sounded similar, with a reply by Ryan ID mobile employee but didnt totally understand answer!  My plan ends today. Help, need my hand held through the process! Thanks in advance for any reply.

SIM not arrived

I ordered a SIM only on Saturday 11th. It has still not arrived. I have had paperwork saying you are taking money for something I have not received. I've sent my PAC so my old phone is disconnected and now I'm without. I can't get in to the app as an activation code has been sent to the card I've not received. I can't ring the number as the call centre is closed. If you can't give customer service, you should not be selling anything. The final straw was an email today asking if I was enjoying my new service. No I am not. I need help and can't get it.

I've been sent an expired PAC.

Hi,    Moved to ID mobile from EE a month ago for a cheap sim only deal. After finding WiFi calling won't work on my Galaxy S9+ from my previous contract and having most of my calls drop out when I've got full signal, I've decided to go back to EE.   I've requested my PAC via both the ID app and texting 65075. I have been sent the original PAC code I used to come to ID in the first place, it also says it expires 2020-04-02, today's date 2020-04-03. If I wait until tomorrow to try again I'll be billed another month.

samsung cashback

I ordered a new phone and it was advertised as part of the samsung cashback offer. It is a pay monthly phone. When I followed the instructions on the samsung website it says I am missing some details but I do not appear to be. I only have an ID email confirmation of purchase and not a proper receipt. MY MOBILE DATA ISNT WORKING IN EALING LONDON

Hey guys my mobile Data isn't working in London Ealing  I've turned phone on and off I've removed and reinstated SIM card I've walked 2 miles radios around my home to try to get signal The lines are off for customer care due to covid19   Help??!!!!! Ps  My mom is also on id mobile and her 4g keeps coming and going .
