had my phone number changed ovwr to my old number. wen peole ring me its fine but when i ring out its off the id mobile number. ???

Had my old number switched over to my new I'd mobile number and When people ring my old number it's fine but when I dial out it's off the new I'd mobile number. Need help can not go on like this

I can’t find my mobile number I can’t access my account without my mobile number I have a new SIM card and can’t activate without my mobile number I don’t have another unlocked phone to be able to put my sim in to access my mobile number I am going round in circles please can someone help?

I’ve lost my sim and cant find a way to get a new one

Hi,I’ve recently lost my phone which had my SIM card in it. We went to apply to get a new one but realised we had never registered my number or made an account, and we couldn’t make a new one as you need to Verify through your phone. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could either cancel it or get a new one without the phone on me?Thankyou :)

unable to receive text messages from bank

Hi allNeed some help. I'm not able to receive automated messages such as authentication codes or passcodes from my bank. I get messages from all other contacts, though have yet to see if it will work with other automated messages asking for codes via text message. I'm a little worried as codes sent via text to authorise payments etc is quite common now and if I don't get the messages I'll not be able to do any banking.I ported my number over and received a text from ID mobile saying my number had successfully transferred over. I've been told to wait until 6pm today to allow for the full porting process to finish but as I'm getting other texts why is it just this one with the issue? Its definitely not blocked. Anyone else have this issue? Any help to resolve would be appreciated!

Cant call or access voicemail in Florida

I’ve tried to call home but it doesn’t ring (just nothing), I’ve tried to access my voicemail (same problem). And when someone calls me, it just goes straight to voicemail - please help. As far as I can see on my app, all settings are as they should be.

tethering when roaming in EU?

I can only find old answers to this question, and would like some up to date information. I have been with iD mobile for years, and have been able to use my phone and data allowance when roaming within the EU. However, I have never managed to tether another device. From past posts here, I am confused as to whether or not this should be possible. Please can someone tell me if I can tether another device while roaming in the EU, and if so, how? Thank you.

Today I moved from ID mobile to Voxi. The PAC code does not work as it has expired. I need a new PAC code from ID mobile so that I can transfer my old number. How do I get a new PAC code from ID mobile?

No Car Data Connection in France

HiI have a ID Mobile SIM in my car to provide a data conection for my car systems. This worked perfectly well in the UK until I arrived in France. I now can’t get a Data connection which stops me getting live traffic information etc. I have checked on the ID Mobile App and roaming is switched ON on SIM settings.I have checked the settings on the car network and I have the following but think some of the settings are wrong because they are blank ?Network Settings: 3 UKNewwork Provider: Orange FData Roming: ONAccess Point Name: three.co.ukUsername: BLANKPasskey: BLANKAuthentication: NormalThese are the only settings I have and I have tried removing and reinstalling the SIM card with no joy.I have no other phone that takes the full size SIM so can’t check the SIM in a phone.Please can someone advise of a solution ? SIM card not working

Hi, I’ve just upgraded my phone and used the ID App to switch my SIM to the new one which came with the phone. Unfortunately when I put the new SIM in the new phone, it says “No SIM”. I’ve been through all of the standard procedures on your website. Please can someone assist? With the transfer from my old system, my old phone is no longer working so I effectively phoneless!

I ordered my SIM only 4 days ago and it said it would arrive within 3 days. I go abroad tomorrow and really wanted it set it up before I went away. Can someone explain to me please? I haven't even received an email from DPD stating it's been dispatched!!!!

S22+ Camera Failed Message

HiI had a new S22+ delivered last week. Every time I try and activate the user facing camera i get a ‘Camera Failed’ message and the camera app shuts. I have looked the the Youtube articles on this subject and have cleared the cache etc but cant get it to change. Can anyone help me? RegardsAnthony

USA Roaming not working

In USA. No roaming. Can detect networks but not connect. Roaming is enabled on my account. Tried off & on (obviously!), reverting to 3G and 2G and tried manually selecting carriers. Any ideas? Thanks.
