I have a Google pixel 7 and the WiFi calling is enabled but unable to receive OTP SMS from bank while connected to WiFi. Please help.

When does the Refer a Friend Reward arrive

I received an email on the 17 August 22 to say I have earnt a reward as long as the first 2 bills were successfully paid.  I have now paid 3 bills and wondered how do I get my reward? Has this been forgotten?

Need Deactived Phone Number Back!

A few years back I had a YouTube channel that was linked to a gmail account. My only backup for that gmail account was a phone number I had with iD mobile. I hadn’t logged into my YouTube account for a while until one day I realised I had over 14,000 subscribers !The issue is that now Google won’t let me sign back in without 2 Step Verification, which can ONLY be confirmed with this old phone number.. that iD mobile have ‘deactived’.Phone numbers are recycled all the time, so I don’t see why this number can’t be reactived so that I can receive a code from Google. I would give my right arm to get this Youtube account back!

Log in doesn't recognise my details

I used my email address the bill is sent to. The number issued by ID and year of birth. And the account reset says theres a problem. But not other option or contact.The live chat is a waste of time. How do I overcome this?

I pay for 3 phone numbers ?

Dear ID Employee, I pay for 3 different phone numbers. I haven’t received the bill statements for the other 2 numbers? The recent payment debited from my account was 11 pounds, I received an email bill and it stated 8 pounds associated to my phone number? I received a notification that I used 80 % of phone usage however I have only used 69 minutes of 500 minutes. I am confused. Unless, this has not been updated? Please advise. I would like to receive all 3 phone number payment bills so I can see what I am paying  for and see the usage/airtime etc. I have one family member complaining that his phone is not working? Picking a subject above does not apply here? There should be an option for does not apply. Please help. Thank you, Vera

My new phone number is a VOIP?

Hey all, so a few months ago I decided to purchase a new phone contract from ID. With my new phone contract I was given a new phone number, but I’m having problems with the number. When trying to secure some of my online accounts I am being denied using my phone number as it’s being identified as being a “VOIP” phone number. I have no idea why this is happening or what a VOIP number is. I’ve been in contact with ID VIA online chat and I’m just being told “We do not provide VOIP numbers you must of signed up for it” but I didn’t. I litterally just took out a new phone contract with them and the number they have given me is being classed as a VOIP. I’m lost where to turn as I can’t secure some of my online accounts. Is there any I can remove this VOIP tag on my number? Thank you.

Why is the online exclusive upgrade different when i click on view deal?

Why was i offered on exclusive online upgrade for £23.99 a month so i clicked on view this deal and went ahead but the final page said it was £29.99 a month with less data allowance?

Will a idmobile SIM work in advice that is locked to the Three Network? I realise that idmobile uses the Three Network but not sure if  devices are locked to the Three Provider or the Three Network?

faulty Apple phone

Has anyone had iD mobile actually uphold the consumer rights act 2015? I have a Genius Bar report from Apple stating that my phone has an inherent fault and that the handset should be replaced under the consumer rights act. I have made numerous complaints to iD mobile trying to get a replacement and they’re refusing to uphold the law. This is literally fraud and their scamming me. I’ve reported them to trading standards, but any advice would be much appreciated. The stress this has caused me has be horrendous and has been ongoing for 9 months.

Cancel three sims recently purchased and activated (within this last week) please.

Hi, I would like to cancel the three sim-only contracts we have just received please. Your website is hard to navigate as you have no contact us page nor access to live operators outside normal working hours which isn’t ‘very current’ and I appear to go in circles. The live chat does not work on either an iphone,ipad, or macbook (as tried over two days) so I expect you’re overwhelmed with enquiries.Through reading historic reviews of your services I'm not willing to endure the stress of not being able to speak immediately with an operator as you can on the other networks available. The frustration of being redirected to the community page unfortunately isn't a prompt solution to any issues we may face in the future, so I do not wish to be tied to a 24month contract on three seperate lines I'm afraid. My reason for needing to make contact with you is that the 4G coverage is too poor in my area, so on my 55 mile commute it’s frustrating trying to access the internet where I make use of m

Outbound Audio not working when making or recieving calls

In the last month I have been having an issue when making or recieving calls the other party is not able to hear me.When the issue happens I have tried switching on and off speaker to swap between the two mics. The issue also occurs when connected to my cars hands free.   I have a Samsung A51 and have run a full diagnostics on the handset. I can confirm both mics are 100% working.

I have recently upgrade my phone to a Samsung galaxy z flip 4. The hand set has been sent to the post through DPD but I did not get sent the ear buds. What do I do. My contract is included the ear buds 2 and I got only sent the handset. What do I do to get the missing parts?

keep getting access denied to the very and little woods site

Hi hoping someone will help, I keep on getting a message whenever I try to log into my very account and I tried my old Littlewoods (same company) same message access denied  I also get this when I log into my IN&S account to buy or take out bonds that keeps logging me out saying Iv back spaced which I haven’t  is there anything I can do Thanks

I returned within 14 days, why have I been charged?

I have been sent an email saying I have a balance of 16.18 I would like this to be cleared as I was sold the phone and sim as a package with the impression that I could cancel within 14days without charge. carphone warehouse took the phone back no problem but you have said I owe you 16.18 even though I never took the sim out of the packet.

I’ve tried paying my bill numerous times on the app and through the automated phone system but it isn’t letting me pay it even though the money is in the bank and now they’re threatening to disconnect me because I haven’t paid but I’ve tried plenty of times.

In Portugal and phone just has a text box saying cant coonect to network. it just stays there and I can’t even turn my phone off.

I’m in Portugal and there is a pop up box saying can’t connect to network. When I click to close it it just pops back up and I can’t close it. I can’t even turn my phone off. Roaming is on.

Unable to change email on Refer a Friend

Hi all,I’ve been with ID mobile for over 6 months now and have had no issues what so ever, until today. I wanted to refer my mother and daughter, but I made a mistake with the refer a friend email. I used my mothers email instead of my own lol. She's not an ID user but is now getting the emails. I have tried to change the refer details but was unable to in the dashboard.,I used the chat today and basically was told that the email can never be changed, even if you make a mistake. So in other words I am no longer able to refer ANYONE as this information can NEVER be changed. I was told this by the agent who then closed the chat. I am at a loss that this can never be updated once its been added once!!!!!!! No point in referring anyone. Any help would be wonderful. Seem like a major flaw to me.  Thanks again :)Christian

I was trying to change the number of rings before my voicemail kicks in and I read in here to dial: **61*123**15#This seems to have stopped my voicemail working altogether.  does anyone know how to fix it again? thanks!  Ben

WiFi calling problem no one can hear me.

I have a MiT10 Lite. I have had it over a year with no problem. No when I make a call on VOIP through my WiFi I cannot be heard and there is no response to button presses for example to navigate through my voicemail. I am using MIUI 13.0.5 phone OS with Android 12 SKQ1 Any ideas why this has started happening in the last few weeks?

Two accounts, one email address, only access to one number

I have an account with ID mobile and I set up one for my son but used the same email address. As the setup procedure DID NOT ADVISE ME THAT I COULDN’T DO THIS I am now in the position of not being able to access his account to upgrade the data allowance. His account number is REMOVED and his number is REMOVED . Please can you advise as to how I can untangle this. May I suggest that you make this situation more clear for those setting up family accounts as it is not mentioned anywhere obvious.

Data speeds very poor

Why are my data speeds very poor when I am in a supposed good 4g and 5g area indoors and out, when on 5g I get 20mbps but this is only for a second or two and if i press the phone against a window, 4g+ i am lucky yo get .48 mpbs which lets face it is pretty useless. I think I made a big mistake switching from Vodafone and need to leave, with Vodafone I was getting 80 mbps plus in the same place, sadly getting to talk to a human at ID is not the done thing so how do I leave ?
