Change my direct debit details

Hello,My id mobile billing is under my mums account however, I would like to change the debit details to my account so I can pay for my phone monthly is that possible?  thanks

No mobile service on new LG V30 mobile with existing SIM card/account

I’ve just bought a new unlocked LG V30 mobile (Android 8) for my daughter’s birthday and it refuses to connect to the ID mobile network.   In a way more frustratingly, it has somehow allowed one call and one text at different times when repeatedly testing. Although reception is low/tricky where we live, I have an LG V30+ and my son uses my old LG V30, both of which generally connect fine to ID.   I’ve double checked the APN settings (both auto picked up when inserted SIM and manually configured), along with countless other options, all to no avail. The phone was originally from AT&T (H931) but has now been converted to US998).   May also be worth noting that even when the signal icon in the notification area looks strong, it still doesn’t pick up ID, e.g. in the network settings area (find networks etc) which typically shows 3, vodafone etc (occasionally shows ID here but when selected fails to register). Auto select/registration also fails to work.   End of the day, I just

DPD delivered my phone to the wrong address over a week ago and iD mobile won’t do anything about it.

My phone was due for delivery on the 26th May and was delivered to the wrong address, I filed a complaint on the same day and was told they’d get back to me. Almost a week later i’m sat here WITHOUT my new phone and a contract that I have to pay for. I contacted on Thursday 2nd June and was told i’d be contacted on Friday, Friday comes around and nothing so i’m told to wait 24 hours to be contacted and it’s now sunday absolutely nothing. Absolutely useless company, I need a replacement asap.

When will I be able to log on to the new app, or the old one?

Will it ever work again? 14 days and counting, still can’t get to my online accounts! The information and excuses are woeful. What is happening, when will this be fixed, I’m sick of the “just bear with us” messages and the boast that 100,000 accounts are working well on the new App. Awful, just awful 😞

Why is it impossible to get in touch?

I’ve been trying to submit a PAC to transfer my number for 4 days now but your form wont accept the details I’ve been given. Your Live Chat has been resulting in “Live chat failure” all morning and is now telling me to come to the community instead.

i can not connect to the iD Mobile network?

I have not been able to text or call today and the only time I have data is when I am connected to wifi. How do I connect to idmobile when I go into settings and mobile networks it says idmobile is not available.

Invalid PAC Code

I have got my PAC code from Id Mobile. I want to move my number to EE. The PAC code does not work. EE say that ID Mobile have failed to add the PAC to the shared database that all providers store PAC codes in. How can I get that PAC cancelled so I can get a new one that works?

Change the number of rings before Voicemail

How do I do this ? If I use : **61*123**15# - this disables voicemail. If I use : **61*my mobile number**15# - if gives an error message. Phone is Honor 9 lite.

"Wrong PAC code or phone number" error when submitting form

I’ve requested a PAC code from Three to switch to ID and keep my old number but any time I enter it says wrong pac code or phone number.

PAC code - accepted and old number disconnected but it hasnt transferred

I requested a transfer on Saturday. On Tuesday as promised my previous number (the one I want) stopped working so I assumed it had transferred. It hadn’t. No one can contact me. I’ve started giving out the ID number as I need people to be able to contact me. But I really want my old number. My daughter has a serious medical condition and that number is the emergency contact

London Underground WiFi

Is ID Mobile planning to provide customers free access to London Underground WiFi any time soon? It would make sense as it uses the Three network which offers free access to all its customers.

network disconnected

Hi, one of my phones on my account has suddenly stopped working. It says it's not registered on the  network and calls cannot be made or received, but wifi connectivity is fine. The bill is massively in credit, and my other phone has no problems. The network coverage in the area is also fine. Please can you help rectify this problen asap because it's a work phone and is needed to be able to contact some very vulnerable people at this difficult time with coronoavirus.   Thanks    Becky

App says that i have an outstanding balance on my bill but pay via direct debit

Good morning,I have recently switched to ID and you have already taken a direct debit payment. Log into the app today and it says in a red box that I have an outstanding payment on my account. Don’t really understand how this can be the case as my Direct Debit is still active?Please can you advise why this message is being displayed?Many thanks.

No service, Selected network (vodafone UK not available - Cannot send messages - why?

I’ve not been able to send messages for two days now. It does say Emergency calls only on my phone. The internet says the network for ID is Three, although it shows, as above, Vodafone.   In doors at present so connected both to internet and mobile data.  I get Not Registered on Network when I try to ring someone but can access the internet.  So the phone connect seems not to be working.   Help would be appreciated.

No receiving text messages.

Hello, I haven't been able to receive any text messages for last two days - it has caused a lot of issues as I am trying to log-in services that requires text sent authentication. Has never had a problem with this - haven't blocked any of these numbers, as well as have had coverage, tested by calls. Kind regards, Liva Lace

Having issues with mobile data

Worst mobile phone network I have ever been with. If your internet goes down no way of getting hold of them other than through chat. So your have to borrow someone's phone who is with a decent network to go onto chat and speak with them and then your be greeted with complete incompetence. If your running small company like me avoid at all costs. I am going to ofcom to try and get the contract canceled, the biggest mistake I have made to change to this network avoid avoid avoid.There are no means whatsoever to contact them via telephone, if you have no internet because of their service how do you contact them when the only way requires an internet connection and your internet connection doesn’t work because of them.

Very very bad signal reception network everywhere

Hello, I am new to ID mobile and my last 2 months of experience with ID mobile is pathetic. There is no reception in most of the places and it doesnt matter where you go.Forget about understand, ID mobile doesnt have signal strength in open market area like startford, Barking, redbridge or Ilford.I am getting sick and tied with this network and looking for quick resolution before I leave this network. Thanks in advance

Hotspot Issue through Mobile Data

Having an issue with Mobile Hotspot (have a Google Pixel 7)I noticed that when I try and use mobile hotspot when out and about, the laptop connects but I’m unable to access the internet.To see whether it was an issue with the phone or not, I conneced it to my home wifi and used the hotspot absolutely fine. It only doesn’t allow internet browsing when using the phone’s mobile data (there’s over 40Gb remainingand I’m not roaming abroad)Can’t seee anything on the ID account settings to do with hotspots. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

imessage and facetime stopped working when moved sim to new handset

I set up new iPhone 14 from iPhone 11. iMessage and FaceTime are not connecting with number in new handset . Spent 3 hrs on phone to apple who have been very thorough and it’s not the handset. Tried another id mobile sim in new phone and it works. How do I get ID to investigate and fix sim??
