Error 0 when trying to send a message

I keep getting error 0 when trying to send messages. Also not letting me call. Standard UK number. I have turned phone off, taken sim card out and back in but the problem still persists. I am on unlimited and all bills are up to date so I don't not understand it. Thanks

no service and microphone not working

Hi I bought my daughter a new iPhone 14 for Christmas  we didn’t get a new sim with it she used her old sim when the new contract has come into place she has no service  and her microphone had been faulty so she can’t call anyone

Error 'Oops your payment was unsuccessful' still not solved

Hi, I have been on 3 chats with ID mobile regarding a technical issue where the site is not recognising my card as existing. I have checked that payments to ID mobile have not been blocked by nationwide. I have checked that all the card details are correct. And an ID mobile assistant said they had raised the issue with technical service and that it should be a fixed issue in 48 hours. However this issue is still continuing. Could somebody please help me solve this issue as my services have now been blocked and I am considering requesting a pac code as I am unable to use the device.

no confirmation and order number doesnt work

I ordered an iPhone 15 with a 2 year contract on the 23rd January and did not have money taken out of my bank or a confirmation email sent to me. However I was told the order went through and was given and order number. This order number does not track anything and is said to not exist can some please help me. Did my order not go through or is there something wrong?

Issues with Phone Number Switch

Despite being sent a message today saying my phone number has switched, when I go to my settings to see my phone number, it’s still the number ID gave me.I have restarted my phone a number of times, yet nothing has changed.I’m also having trouble sending text messages. The texts seem to be getting to the recipient under my phone number, however, on my phone it’s telling me the message has failed to send.Any help at all will be much appreciated.

Calling a contact calls random numbers

when i try calling a contact it can call completely random people. recently i have also been getting a lot of scam calls which i decline, but maybe they’re doing something somehow. what is going on and how do i fix it?

wanted to change plan but plan not listed

ID Mobile are offering an 50Gb plan for £8. I am on an 50Gb plan but I pay £10 per month. I would like to pay £8 instead of £10 but the app is not offering this as an option.Is there a way I can change the plan on my existing number without the rigmorole of starting a new account just to get the lower price?

Can't register

I’ve spent 3 days trying to register an account for the ID mobile app, but it keeps on saying my details are incorrect but that can’t be true since I know my date of birth and last name.I have tried the phone number given and the one that hasn’t been ported yet but nothing works. line is active though.

unsuccessful order, new customer

I placed an order today for a phone contract. I am a new customer.I got an email saying everything was successful, then a few hours later I get an email saying it wasn’t for the possible following reasons:- The date of birth that you supplied on your order doesn't match your existing account that you hold with iD Mobile.- The first name/surname that you supplied on your order doesn't match your existing account that you hold with iD Mobile.- You need to activate direct debit as a payment method on your current contract with iD Mobile and allow at least 30 days before re-applying.- You have an outstanding balance with iD Mobile that needs to be paid.This is insane. Everything I have them is correct, and because I am a new customer and have not yet received the phone or number, I cannot register an account.

upgrade.

Good evening .I've just upgraded my contract from a rolling 1 month sim card deal to getting the new s24 plus on a 2 year contract.  This was done last night. 22/01/24. My phone hasn't even arrived yet and already my billing has been changed to start paying  for it from the time it was ordered. Surely this is wrong and i should only start paying  for it when the phone arrives.  I'm  confused.

This number cannot be used by Imessage and Facetime

Hello,Yesterday I removed my monthly rolling sim from an iPhone 12 to a new iPhone 14. Everything was working perfectly fine on the iPhone 12.I am now having problems enabling iMessage and Facetime on the new handset. I have a message which says “This phone number cannot be used by iMessage and Facetime, you must have a sim associated with an apple device to be used for iMessage and Facetime”I have spent 2 hours with apple trying to resolve the issue. Nothing has worked.I have gone through just about every troubleshoot and YouTube video to resolve the issue.If this is a network issue how is this fixed? Has anyone else experienced this issue who can provide some feedback  or resolution  many thanksPaul

Some numbers don't work on wifi calling but fine on mobile

I have noticed that 0333 numbers work fine if wifi calling is switched off or not available but fail with a message ‘your service does not allow this call’ type of message when using wifi calling.

Poor Signal

Hi there, When I started my contract I made sure I had signal at work (says 4g both indoor and outdoor and 5g outdoor) I have checked with 3 there is no maintenance and no issues in my area they also say i have signal here.However ever since I started my contact I have been unable to use mobile data indoors or outside at all at this location, cant even load google. This is the same on two phones and works other places when i have full bars but ether the map is wrong and my area isn't covered by you or there is something wrong on your end.  My postcode is OX1 3UQ, i put a call in may/june last year and told there were planned works, no works have been carried out and nothing is planned on three or your website.My question is this going to actually be resolved anytime soon or shall I look elsewhere for my phone services?
