replace damaged phone

Under my contract (, do I qualify for a replacement phone?Its taken 24hrs to get to this point.  I ended up going to another provider to see if they could get hold of you; what I got was an email from you asking for a code to transfer my number, which is not what I asked for, Really, why is it so hard to get hold of you!!? or put this query through to you. And LIVE CHAT, don’t get me started!!!!!

Happy with upgrade tariff, not performance of upgraded phone

Just upgraded my phone however it's not even registering 4G as a network and the handset is slower than the old one from before. Performance with WiFi is not much better. To be honest the phone looked (and feels) not right for a supposed premium phone. The tariff Im happy with, not the performance of the phone which is an S20 FE

Using a third party telephone diversion app

Hello, I have recently joined ID mobile after purchasing an Oppo Find X2 Pro. My previous mobile was a Samsung Galaxy S8, since the lockdown last year i have been using the Univerge ST500 app to connect my office telephone system (NEC) to my mobile so that i can make and receive calls (to and from my office phone) via the app. I can not sonnect this app on my Oppo Find X2 Pro. The Oppo support have not been of much help but i think it has something to do with my network or SIP settings. Can anyone suggest any setting that need to be changed. Thank you in advance.

Internal storage

I’ve got a Samsung Galaxy J3 which has 16GB of internal storage and I’ve used 15.49 of it. All my photos now go to the SD card and then backed up to Google Photos. However, every time I get a WhatsApp message the attached photos, film clip, etc is saved into the internal storage so it fills up quite quickly and I keep get warning messages the storage is low.  Any suggestions of how I can solve this problem? Thanks.

I have 1 PAC for two numbers, it's not being accepted for the second number

I am trying to transfer two numbers from Virgin mobile, they provided me with one PAC for both numbers. The first was accepted by IDMobile but when I came to transfer the second number I got a message saying I’d entered an invalid PAC.

Direct debit not taken

Neither of my first two direct debits have been taken and I had to pay manually both times.It is set up on my bank side and showing on my ID online account, but the app is showing the direct debit date as being the “NanNth” of the month so something is not correct.As I cannot see were to contact your online chat can an ID rep on here help?Thank you

Pixel 5 texts not sending

Hi, I upgraded to a pixel 5 earlier this year and only recently about a month ago I can no longer send texts, phoning people is fine and I have used all the solutions online, factory reset it, reset the WiFi settings and updated the software to android 11. I've paid all my bills also, very confused by this.

Plan not listed

I see ID Mobile offers 4GB + unlimited calls + unlimited messages for £6/month an dmany more in uSwitch. When I try to change to any of those plans, the website doesn’t let me though. I’m only shown many much worse options. How can I make the change?

My 12 year old daughter's phone worked so well I thought I would transfer to iD, and then it all went wrong

I set up and paid for my daughter’s phone, she is 12 and doesn’t have a bank account.  iD seemed great so a few days ago I transferred my phone to iD, but now it is all gone wrong. I can’t see my phone on my account, just my daughter’s, but both were paid for using my bank account and both were registered using my email address. Searching the iD community hundreds of people have had this problem and as long ago as 3 years iD was saying they were looking into this problem.  What progress has iD made? The only solution I can find posted  is to set up a second email address, but clearly an email address just for iD will never be used and never checked and no doubt forgotten so were is the sense? do I really have to take my business else where?

PAYG call rates out of bundle

I have been charged 40p for a call to a UK mobile that was less then one minute. Is that a correct charge?!  Also 65p for a less then 2 minute call to same number

i cant cancel my account as i do not have the mobile number for my account

I do not have an online account and cannot register to cancel my contract as I do not have my mobile number as I only used the sim for data in my car. Please can you urgently assist as I have been trying to sort this for over a month.  Thank you.

Voicemail

If someone rings my voicemail the message says "the number you have dialled has not been recognised. Please check the number and dial again"I confirm that Voicemail is turned on.How do I fix this or how can I report this to ID mobile.  An hour on the phone and on the internet has not found a way to report the fault or speak to a humanThanks

How can I go back to the iD generic voicemail greeting?

I hate the voicemail recorded message where it just inserts the name in front of a generic greeting. Before I set this up the voicemail message was all ID's generic voicemail message. How can I get back to this message, or how can I rerecord it. If I dial 123 I can record a complete new message but there is no option to re-record the name or go back to the "factory set" menu. I am using an iPhone 11. Thank you.

No signal at home

I've recently moved to ID and the coverage checker shows "excellent" coverage inside and out for 4g in my area. However I have no signal in my home. My phone has WiFi calling and volte, both of which worked fine on EE. Sadly neither work on ID, which is a pain. Previously I have had a 3g booster from EE to provide signal in my home, is there an equivalent with ID, or any way to get a signal?

majority of incoming calls not connecting

Hi,what I’m experiencing is annoying. I have a IPhone 7, and I am experiencing the following problems Some people try to call me and my phone does not even ring, just lights up for a micro second and the call is lost.these missed calls are from contacts within my phone, I’ve restarted the phone a couple of times but it has not helped. Because this is a problem that comes and go, I need to be sure that there  are no problems with the line.  Thanks in advance

So when is 5G launching?

So, I was too enticed by the amazingly competitive monthly cost of the new iPhone 12 prior to switching to iD Mobile from Three UK, (who I’ve been with for years), without thinking through this one detail. I didn’t think much of it as they “use the same network”. But do they? Because Three has already started rolling out 5G in areas, and when a Three advisor was convincing me to stay the other day, they said you’re going to a network that doesn’t even support 5G yet. But if iD Mobile use Three’s network, will it have 5G in those areas already? And will the average network speed on iD be any different to Three at all? if it hasn’t launched yet on iD, when is if?

Error in Delivery Address

Hi, when I placed my order there was a major error in the delivery address meaning I will never receive my parcel. Is there anything I can do, DPD will not let me change this.
