Switching ID Sim only deals

My 12 month ID Sim only deal is due to end. I have found a new, better Sim only deal with ID. Do I have to cancel my first contract and then take out a new one or can I take out a new one then provide the PAC code from my old one to switch over and cancel the old one?

new customer questions

I’m thinking of joining ID mobile, but I have a few questionsIf use the switch service, do I keep my original sim card? How difficult is it to contact an actual customer service agent?  When I try to use the chat facility, it just keeps telling me there is nobody available, and the virtual assistant is useless. If you are an ID customer, do you still have to pay 7p per minute to call the customer service number? How would you rate the customer service agents on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best?Thx

I've ordered an i phone 13 128GB Midnight but received and email saying it is out of stock

Hi, I have ordered an iPhone 13 128GB Midnight, but once my order had gone through I received an email saying it was out of stock. I have yet to receive an email telling me when the phone will be back in stock or when I can expect my phone to be delivered. I have already spoken to someone via Live chat, however they couldn’t help with my query and have forwarded my question on, however again I have received no communication on this. Please can you tell me when the phone will be back in stock and when I can expect to receive my order. The reason I ordered a new phone was because my old phone is broken, so I need my new one ASAP. I don’t mind waiting a few days, but to receive no communication on my order is worrying and poor customer service. Please can you confirm when I will receive my order.

Impossible to speak to anyone about my bill !!

I have decided to leave ID as i am fed up of never being able to get hold of anyone when you need to. I been trying to get hold of someone about my final bill payment as last week was told via text message final bill will be £75.45 and today its saying £97.74 ?!  How can it be more ?   I have tried to contact the chat which is never available and the phone lines say there is a tech issue and cuts off ?!    I have no idea how to get hold of anyone so will just have to cancel the DD until this is rectified

dropped calls and voice mails

I have now received two calls which have left two voicemails. Both calls drop and I am then left with a voicemail stating that I have run out of minutes for this month, and I must wait until next month or make a payment.  Thing is - I have unlimited minutes, data and texts, so is this a scam?

phone cannot receive any mobile calls

My mobile won't receive any mobile calls. Instead you get the message 'service does not allow access to this number'I can recieve and send textsI can recieve calls from landlinesI can make calls to mobiles and landlinesBut I cannot receive any calls from mobiles. Is there anyone can help? Getting very frustrated now.

New sim seems to be using old network

I’ve just moved from Vodaphone.  I entered my PAC code on Wednesday night and that seemed to go ok.  Today, Friday I have inserted the ID Mobile sim into my phone but my phone still seems to be vodaphone and no settings seem to have changed. In connections it shows my service provider as vodaphone but sim card manager shows Sim 1 as iD and I only have one sim card in the phone.I’ve switched on and off several times.

cannot register account

I have bought a new id sim for my daughter. I cannot register the account as the security code goes to the new ID mobile number, but not receiving this as network is locked until I register with the security code. I am going around in circles. As a side note, the customer service strategy of ID mobile is teally poor. You need either a phone number of live chat.

i upgraded my contract and new charges were not made clear.

So in March I upgraded my contract at the beginning of March, i made a payment to cover my bill up to the time of change. This bill didn’t appear on my account until late April, so I assumed that payment i made would cover my first bill of my new contract. Then 2 new charges appeared due to my contract change without warning, which I hadn’t budget myself for. Now I owe a double payment that I can’t afford until next payday and my services have been deactivated. This bill will be paid as and when I have the funds at the end of the month. Is there anychance i can have my services reactivate until then? I need my data for work and travelling. I don’t think this is unreasonable considering there was no warning of the extra charges when I upgraded.  thanks

Hi, I applied for a contract a little over 3 month ago and was offered a SIM only deal with the offer to upgrade to a mobile phone contract after 3 months, on my account it says I'm eligible for an upgrade in July how do I speak to someone about this? I was told by the person I spoke to on the phone I could upgrade after 3 months. Thanks (:

Is there a way to see the RAM/Bit type specifications of the phones?

I want to get a phone under contract but I specifically want a phone that’s a 64 bit version (since it’s required for a number of apps on the appstore), but unfortunately I can’t find anything in the site that shows these specifics. Is there a way to see this or is it possible to be recommended some phones that have this requirement.
