Activated Sim not working

Hello, I blocked a sim and phone when lost on 12th Jan. I activated a new sim for a lost phone on 14/1/22 before realising the temporary phone I was going to use was still locked to anther provider. Received replacement phone, iPhone 12, 19th Jan. Checked and saw replacement SIM was still registered and activated. I have followed the tutorials but am unable to get connection to the network.

URGENT: dont have simcard and need to cancel contract within 30 days

Hi,  I took out an ID mobile contract in March of 2020 which is coming to an end. I never used the SIM card and do not have access to it anymore, and it was under my name.  How can I cancel my contract? I need to do it before Jan 26 2020 to provide 30 days advance notice.  Thanks!

2x sim cards not arrived

I’ve ordered 2 SIM cards, not one has arrived and it’s been a week now… I’ve had a first bill email though which is helpful…how do I contact anyone?

paid twice manually

Hi, I've paid this month twice  I just forgot I'd paid, then got a reminder the bill was due so paid again. Will this just get carried over, so I won't pay next month? I'm quite happy to do that.

Caller ID not working on Huawei modem

I have a SIM card in a Huawei B353 - 333 4G Modem, through which you can also make voice calls (using the talk time on the SIM) by plugging a phone into the phone port on the Modem  I have no problem making or receiving calls. It appears that the Caller ID does not work by this method, I wondered if anybody new of any way round it so as to get it to work?

final demand notice

I have received a final demand notice for an iPad account I forgot to cancel but only have the account number for it but need a mobile number to make payment - how can I pay the outstanding balance?

Being accepted

I got a confirmation email saying thank you for placing your order with a reference number. I just got a message saying that my card had blocked the upfront payment and for me to try again, however the £0.01 check was done on me. Will ID Mobile try to take the payment again now that I have contacted my bank?  thanks

Nightmare with new phone

Hi there, I have my new phone and have ported across my old number, but something isn’t right.Emails are not syncing with my laptop (if I read or move an email, it is not showing that on my other device); Whatsapp is not syncing (I have lost a day’s messages); authentication text messages are not arriving, although personal ones are. Any ideas? It seems as though my phone is only talking to select apps.

what's up with the app - can't log in and no mobile data all day??

I can’t log ito the mobile app and neither can my husband. Yes I have an account.Yes I’m on andriod,Yes I have logged in with this phone befoere, Yes I’m entering the correct details.Yes I’m connected to the internet,Yes I’ve checked for software updates and restarted my phone.Yes I’ve tried resetting my password.  It just spins around saying ‘processing’ and then after a few mins says there’s ‘Oops unable to conect’. Please check the network settings used’ Also I’ve had no mobile data all day.   What’s going on??

Not logging in

When I log into the app it just stays in the log in screen even though my password is correct and the Face ID is recognised

Does running out of data effect the rest if the plan?

Hi, I run out of data - no issue there but I don't seem to be able to connect to the network or even do or receive any wifi calling. people who call me say the number isn't recognised. I've checked all settings on my phone S20 FE all seem to be in right, restarting, reset network settings etc but noting seem to work... it doesn't seem to recognise the LTE network. Is it the phone or me running out if data (seems odd). Ps my son in the same house has ID doesn't seem to have issue a so I know it's not a network thing but maybe my plan is preventing to connect?

Pac Code change not working

Hello,i want to keep my old number from my old provider but the page that i enter my details on leaves a message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again”. i have entered everything correctly and got my pac code from Vodaphonecan someone please help me as ive tried many times and the above message appears many thanks .

My PAC code can't be processed by ID

I've sent my PAC code to ID but got a text message saying ' We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Services'I've double checked all of those, but they were all correct. Could you help me please!

I’m receiving Final Demand notices at my mother’s address - she recently passed away.I can’t find a way to communicate this to you - as I don’t know my mother’s customer services pin number and your telephone services just cuts me off.

contract length when changing plan

Hi I am looking to change my current phone contract as I've come to the end of the minimum period. I have found the plan I would like to change to on the ID app but there are no details on the contract length. It is a sim only contract, £8 a month for 10GB of data and unlimited minutes and texts. Can anyone help?  Thanks in advance.

no coverage ever!?!

I have not had any coverage when not on the WiFi anywhere I go in Coventry Birmingham and Leicester. The website says there are no coverage problems and I have checked all the settings. This is ridiculous.

sim faulty - not working. Already received first bill before sim arrived!!!

HiRecently I joined ID Mobiles on a sim only 12 months contract. I recently received the sim. The sim is faulty. It is frustrated by not being able to use it.  I have just received my first bill even though I have not used the sim This is unacceptable.  There are two problems 1] sim faulty - it seems a hardware sim issue                                         2] start date of contract

fraudulent account

Hi I am extremely upset and stressed as I have wrote to you 3 times about this fraudulent account being set up in my name and I have waited 30 days for the frauds team to be in touch and have not heard anything from them . I received a threatening debt collecting letter from your selfs and have now been sent another bill so now that is 2 bills you have sent me that I have nothing to do with it clearly states on the second bill letterthat no data text or calls have been used so why this is taking so long to cancel the account I do not understand . This should have been sorted by now it is causing a lot of stress to my life and my credit score it is not fair at all . This account needs cancelling straight away I should not be waiting 2 months for this to be sorted absolutely disgraceful that I am receiving no genuine help from yourselfs

I have recently taken out a contract, I’ve received my sim and used my three network  PAC to transfer my number. I’ve heard nothing..,I’m still on my three mobile but have already received a bill from ID mobile. Any ideas?
