Text messages going missing

Help needed. When I send a text message to a ID mobile phone user, the text never gets delivered, although my phone shows it as being delivered. I can phone the ID mobile phone and the person who owns the ID phone can call and text me. It’s not a case of texting the wrong number as I replying to a message sent by the ID phone user.  I have checked my phone (iPhone 5e) and the ID phone (Doro 6520) to see if there is anything blocked, nothing found  I have turned the Doro phone off, removed the batteries and SIM and still my text messages are still not being received on the Doro  I am beginning to think that the issue might be with the ID network  Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this issue?

Error in Delivery Address

Hi, when I placed my order there was a major error in the delivery address meaning I will never receive my parcel. Is there anything I can do, DPD will not let me change this.

I want to close my contract

ID on Twitter won't help, the online service via ID app and website for ending contract doesn't help, and live chat is fake because it is not a real person, so it is not live chat. My contract ends December 22nd 2020 I want it to end in December and not renew.I want as far away from ID as possible because they offer zero help

Unlimited minutes?

My plan has unlimited minutes. Is there a time limit on individual phone calls? When on a call today I received a message “this call will be charged at 35p per minute”.

Being charged for my old plan

I just upgraded my plan to £49.99 a month for the iPhone 12 pro. However I’ve just checked my bank balance and £20 has just come out for my old contract? And on my billing it is saying it’s going to charge me £68! This month! As a uni student I cannot afford this!

Ordered SIM - not received SIM nor a confirmation email

Hi I ordered a new SIM only contract last week, but I’ve not had a confirmation email, nor has the SIM arrived. The test transaction did get charged to my credit card though. Any ideas when I should receive anything?

Data Sim for iPad Pro

Yesterday I purchased a data only sim on ID for my IPad Pro. It’s arrived and as I’ve gone to set up an account, it’s asking me for a text code, no texts will come through to my iPad so how do I activate this? I’ve bought it from carphone warehouse yesterday.

Overdue bill

My bill was overdue and went to a debt agency (only £24) its silly. But I've now paid it up to date through the debt agency (2 days ago) yet my account is still restricted?? Any ideas why??

Hello. Have read that you can do an early upgrade within 60 days of your upgrade date. I cant get to speak to anyone and live chat says its constantly busy and unavailable.. any advice of other methods?

porting problem

My vodafone (VF) contract expires on 05/12/202 with iphone1I contracted with ID and received ID sim which i put iphone2 and it worked.I tried ID Sim in iphone 1 and it works too. Established neither iphone is locked.I ported my VF number by filling in online ID porting form.ID app shows porting will take place on 19/11/2020. Spoke to VF who confirmed VF number would be ported to ID by 19/11/2020.20/11/2020 - ID sim does not accept calls whether calling original ID sim number or ported number. BUT i can call out from ID sim and receivers phone shows the ported number.  Q1- If my number has been ported from VF to ID then why is the VF still ringing as normal.Q2- Why does ID SIM not accept calls on original ID sim number or ported number from VF.Q3- Why does ID SIM show up as ported number is used.Effectively, two sims with same number here. PROBLEM- Cannot use ID sim as it will not accept calls on original or ported number.MAYBE, ID sim only fully works once VF contract expires on 05/12/

unable to recieve calls

Hiso I changed my number over around 2 weeks ago everything was working fine.. yesterday my phone stopped receiving calls it keeps saying invalid number or just cutting off?does anybody know what I can do or how to resolve this, I can’t find a contact number for them or anything?thank you

I have received my new phone today following an upgrade on Tuesday evening.  During the live web chat the woman assured me that my number would remain the same.  However, today I have received the new phone and an email with details of my new plan and it contains a brand new number?  Anyone any ideas why this would be?  I’ve tried to speak to ID mobile using the Chatbot on the website but it is absolutely dire! Perhaps I’ve just to transfer my SIM from the old phone to the new one?

Multiple ID accounts in one app

It is really stupid that you can’t manage multiple accounts on the same app.I have more than one Id mobile accounts as I have one for myself and another for my elderly mother. I am the account holder for both. It is ridiculous that I can’t manage both with the same email address and account. I checked this community and people have been complaining about the same issue for 2-3 years. This really discourages people having multiple accounts for their families. Are you seriously suggesting people set up an email address just for this account?Also have been told by customer services that if you use an email address as a contact for an account it can NEVER be used to register for an account. He told me to go and set up a brand new email address for my new account.The other networks manage it fine, you just get a little dropdown to select the account you want to check in the app.Also why is there no option to change my login email address in the app or dashboard? I can change the contact ema

overpayment

Hello, the contract I had for my phone ended in May however I have been paying the full amount for the phone which has been paid for! I would like to reduce the payment s for the SIM only and have the over payment refunded. I would also like to amend my sim to a new offer.  I feel that I have been financially disadvantaged.
