I have just received a phone call with the ID Mobile customer support service teamand have told me I must send my birth certificate to their email address. What email address should I send this to? Thank you so much.

Just ordered the Samsung S10 online and received an email saying it is out of stock but should be available soon? So, how soon is soon as my current phone contract runs out in a week or so, so will I receive my phone before then?

unable to validate bank account

I am trying to set up direct debit on my account  but every time I try it says unable to validate bank details that were entered I have checked them a ridiculous amount of times and are definitely correct but still just says invalid bank account! This is ridiculous as I can’t upgrade my phone (which I need to ASAP) unless I set up a direct debit yet when I try it won’t let me?!! Help!

huawei psmart 2019 restart loop

My PSmart 2019 died last night and now is in a state of constant restarting but not getting past the home screen in some kind of restart loop.  Is this a known issue and is there a fix for it?

Emergency calls only

My ID sim card was working fine until two days ago when it has lost connection. I've tried it in my old handset but it has no signal and says only emergency calls can be made. I have also tried in different locations and checked the signal coverage checker and it says I should have good signal for 4G and 3G. At the moment I have no mobile data connection and no connection to make/receive calls or texts.

Cancelled contract but bills are still been produced

Hi there   On the 17th of March 2020 I cancelled my ID mobile contract (direct debit plan). From the phone operator I was told that I still had to pay the bill for another month so I did and from the 16th of April I received the confirmation that my planned was over and because I had already paid the last £10 bill I shouldn't have received anymore upstanding payments of any sort.   However, logging into my account I have now found two new bills, one dated 14 APR - 13 MAY for £10, and one dated 17 APR - 13 MAY for £1.12. As my contracted ended on the 16th of April and my sim is therefore not been working, I find it very frustrating to keep getting billed. I have therefore cancelled my direct debit after paying my last bill on the 16th of April to make sure that I wasn't going to get charge for additional bills however I have now received an email from ID mobile saying that if I don’t re activate the direct debit surcharge may be applied.    I would like to get an answer asap but due to

"Traveling in Europe as I've not been able to send or receive either texts or calls. I've done all suggested by the chat team my phone still says no service. I've an iPhone 5s

ID mobile say they are having an issue porting my old number to new ID SIM - who do I contact?

Have purchased a new iD SIM and have used the online form to switch my old number across. I have now received a text saying:   “We have tried to process your PAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction numnber you entered is incorrect. please contact customer services”.   I have since logged into my iD app and have tried to switch the number via the app, and have also resubmitted the online form. What else can I do to try and switch my number across? The call centre is closed, the live chat is closed and it’s a bank holiday.  Do iD staff read these messages? Wonder if anyone can contact me to advise me on what the problem is? Thanks.

No ID Mobile customer service support available

Hi, i have an issue with my service i keep getting disconnected during call and here a message saying “Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number” this also happen randomly when i try to call out too. Also a number of calls failing and people unable to call me.To my extreme frustration i have tried every option on the ID mobile number 7777 and every option leads to the same message directing me to use online chat which is always greyed out and unavailable or to leave a message here which is far from same leave of support available from other providers. i’m disappointed with this service and would like to raise a complaint and discuss my options going forward as i’m regretting leaving O2 for this lack of service.I’m missing important calls and need to speak to an ID Mobile rep asap in private not on a public forum.

Nn7 no signal

Is anybody else suffering from having no signal in the NN7  area. Normally pretty good indoors and out, but haven't had anything for days. Makes it very difficult for multi factor authentication for banking when they send your phone a code.

Hi, I’ve contacted the online chat twice now to try and get the adult content block removed on my PAYG account.  Both times I’ve been told they have done it and both times it is still getting blocked. How do I go about getting it removed? Thanks!

Old iD contract to New iD contract. Need help transferring my old number and new sim has already been activated?

Bit of a long one!My old contract (sim only) came to an end this year back in sept.So, time for a new phone and contract. Found a good one on the black friday deals, with iD. Purchased the phone along with a different contract. Things that has went wrong:Wanting to cancel the sim only, as its past its duration and been rolling since I want to move my old number to the new phone When trying to register the new sim, apparently its already been activated and I cant make a new account with itTried the live chat and that got me absolutely no where. Can anyone help? As I really want to keep my old number

Samsung 150 cashback promotion - false advertising

I have seen @Mohammed has solved this for others so I am tagging him with the hope that he or someone can help. I upgraded to Samsung s21 fe 5g on the 26th of September with the Samsung promotion for £150 trade-in of a phone working or not working. I have been unable to find a way to redeem this offer, the offer just disappeared from your website. I received an email after my order went through with a link for redeeming promotions, including Samsung cashback, but when I clicked on it, the promotion wasn't there. I have made multiple live chats as well as a phone conversation about it to id mobile and nobody seems to be able to find it or find anyone who knows about it. It's as if I'm making it up, which I certainly am not. The big reason I chose this phone over a Google pixel 6a was because of this promotion. I looked at the terms and conditions to make sure it wasn't about to expire and I would be able to avail of it and everything appeared fine. That is until I actually submitted my

Line rental charges when upgrading

I have been very pleased with ID Mobile so far. However, today I moved from my old sim-only £5 plan to a new sim-only £20 plan for unlimited data, calls and minutes. Today was the first day of my billing month. My last bill is for £5 (all good). My ‘next bill so far’ is now showing as £35.13, for ‘pro-rated line rental’. I do not understand why it is so high. Even if I have to pay a full month of my old rate (£5), plus a full month of my new rate (£20), this should be a total of £25, not more than £35, and having read the FAQs on billing I was expecting only to be charged £20. I would be grateful if this can be explained or fixed.

Currys gift card not received.

I took out a contract at the start of December which came with a free £100 Curry’s gift card. I did not received it along with my phone as was expected and as it had said in my contract.I posted this on the ID community and was advised that it would be emailed to me after 2 weeks had passed. I was advised that the reason they no longer send the gift cards out with the phones is because people were taking out contracts spending the gift cards and then cancelling the contract within the 14 day calling of period.It has now been a month since I took out my contract and have still not received my gift card. Can somebody please advise.Many thanks

Is my plan a takeaway plan?

I’m going to America tomorrow and didn’t realise there’s such a thing as a takeaway plan which I need to have or I’ll be charged. I have a plan for £7 a month that gives me 500 texts, 5000 minutes and 2.5gb of data but it doesn’t tell me what kind of plan it is and I need to check if it’s a takeaway plan or what I can do to Ben able to use my data in the USA. Does anyone know where I can find what kind of plan I have or what to do?

New SIM card - but why? - in the meantime I can't make a call, use the internet or get e-mail

I just received a text message saying “Good news! Your new SIM card is now in the process of being activated. The SIM should be activated shortly, but this can take up to 24 hours. We'll send you a text message to confirm as soon as the activation is complete”.Just after I received the text message I lost ALL ability to use the both the phone and internet - so now I can only use them if connected to wifi.Questions:Why am I being sent a new SIM card - my existing one is fine and I never asked for one? I am not in the UK just now so I won’t receive it till I get back - and in the meantime I can’t use the phone for calling or e-mail or for accessing the internet.  What am I meant to do ? Why do you consider this Good news ?

4G on pratically full but no connection

Hi All, I have a iPhone 14 pro that several times has 4g connection practically at full bars, 3 out of 4 bars and I consistently can’t get a connection! This can be in central London to being in an airport or just in the pub and I have good signal but no connection!I have also compared to a older iPhone where I have O2 that has same or lower 4g signal but has way better connection. Is this just because Idmobile connection is poor or is my iPhone not working properly’Thanks for your help. kind regards,H
