Old number not transferred today on scheduled transfer date. What happens now?

I supplied my PAC code and chose today to transfer over as it was the earliest available date, but nothing has happened? Old SIM with old provider still working, no texts or any updates on what’s actually happening. Can’t register for an account with ID mobile app as I can’t use my old number so I feel like I’m at a loss already and I haven’t even started using ID mobile. I paid to leave my old provider early to make sure there were zero problems in keeping my old number and now I’m worried. What are my next steps now?

PAC after contract expiry

Hi - My contracted ended 26 Dec, but I neglected to request a PAC beforehand. I can no longer receive the PAC via texting or my account page. Can someone please assist me.Thanks

PAC code ‘Not Created’

Hi Tom, I came across your message to a lady who had the same problem as me where she had left ID and pac code had to be sent via email but it just said ‘Not Created’ where the pack code would be. This has happened 3 times to me now and customer services keep doing the same thing which isn’t working. Did you manage to solve the problem for this lady and if so you could help me with the same? Thanks

number transfer not worked

I've requested my number transfer twice, giving my PAC, and I was given dates in Dec for the transfer, but nothing happened either time. How can I get my old number transferred to iD please?

imessage and facetime not activating

My iMessage and FaceTime will not activate and keeps coming up with error- I HAVE TRIED THE FOLLOWING MULTIPLE TIMES! And doesn’t work!! SOMEONE HELP!1) Turn off iMessage (Settings > Messages)2) Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)3) Tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct. 4) If it is not correct, please enter the correct number5) Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)6) Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under "Start new conversations from:" Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

I can't register on ID mobile because of incorrect details

I tried registering my account after a few days of my number switching over. I have tried both numbers, deleting the app. I have tried logging in but it says i dont have an account so i try registering but it says my details are incorrect? Im not sure what to do.

Damaged phone

Hi my phone has overheated 3 times now and I've gone back to curry's to have it fixed and everything they do it ends up overheating as soon as I open it up to reset it, I don't know what else to do other than ask for support

Phone not delivered - Unacceptable

Dpd has not delivered the mobile phone, just marked the delivery as missed. Didnt even attempt to ring the door bell. I’ve been stuck without a functioning phone for 2 weeks now, this is unacceptable.

Issue with my bill

I have an issue with my bill. I tried to access the chat feature but its not allowing me to send messages. My bill should be £12 a month but has gone up to £16.74. I have checked my billing and this is made up of £13+ and then Vat of £3+. I an confused as to the rise of my bill and would like an explanation  please. Also to mention i have a £0 cap on my bill so I am unable to spend over my monthly limit. I have also not seen any additional charges.

voicemail will not set up

My Iphone 13 is just over 3 weeks old and the voicemail will not work. Phone rings after 7 rings goes to what should be voice mail but phone self answers and the caller can hear background noise but not the voicemail. Tried Currys  - no help tried customer service -  no help  had a reference number - not my problem- back to customer service .Currently voicemail is turned off. Good start to ID Mobile service

Always very slow data in my area (under 1mbps)

My immediate area has full 4g signal, but I never achieve a data speed over 1mbps. The three network issues site says there are no problems.I'm fairly rural but can almost see the mast from my house, so it shouldn't be maxed out with users.Post Code is PR3 0QD

password reset , wait 2 minuets

I keep trying to reset my password but I always get the wait 2 minuets to recieve a new reset code. This does not matter how long I wait or if I close and re open the app.

No 4g signal but coverage checker says should be excellent coverage. Only able to get 1 bar of signal on 3g. Do i need a new SIM?.

I cannot use mobile data anywhere with my phone, it just doesn’t work. I have an IPhone 11. Signal bar only shows 1 bar but coverage checker says in my post code 4g should be excellent. I can only receive 1 bar on 3G. Post code is CO6 2FD. WiFi off & mobile data on. No matter what I do, I cannot improve signal where ever I go to so unless I have WiFi I cannot use my phone data plan of which I’m paying for unlimited but this is currently useless. Please can anyone help?

Roaming problem in Azerbaijan

Hi. We have a problem with roaming in Azerbaijan.We have 4 ID mobile numbers in our family, 2 Android phones and 2 iphones.We just arrived today and 2 Android phones and 1 iPhone was able to use local BAKCELL GSM2000 network for data roaming only. But we are not able to make any calls locally or to UK. We all did turn our roaming options on before leaving UK. We all have unlimited calls and text and 30GB data. Another problem is phone related. Second iPhone was not able to connect to ID mobile roaming at all. But when I put that SIM card into Android phone, SIM card was able to connect to ID roaming, again with data roaming only, but without any calls. But when I put that SIM card back into iPhone, it is not able to connect to roaming at all. Please help. Whoever can suggest anything really appreciated.
