no live chat and need help

I cannot access live chat now for 2 days and this is really frustrating as all community advice redirects me to live chat I need my number changing ASAP so how can I do this? Please help

unable to port my number over

I have been attempting to port my number since yesterday despite checking my details several times to make sure they are correct i am being told there is an issue processing them,i have also tried putting my surname in caps but to no avail and i have been unable to currently contact anyone at iD,not too impressed

I am trying to transfer my old number to my new iD mobile sim but it is presenting with an error message. I have checked that all the details are correct. Any ideas on what the problem is?

cooling off period

I want to cancel my contract, and i am well within the cooling off period. It is VERY DISHONEST of ID to say that i will have to pay the full years money if i went forward to cancel, when i went to the page that deals with it. My reason for cancellation is that 1) I am not able to transfer my number to ID because the page that deals with that is broken. It says some of my details is wrong but doesn't specify what. But all my details are correct. 2) Customer service is all online and not very ernest. Live chat is just automated bots. I left a message on the forum about not being able to switch, and i got a reply the next day that wasn't comprehensive. I was told to use capital letters for my last name, which i already did and doesnt work. The fact that i have to wait another day to get another response, and the fact that the agent didn't look into it seriously, or asked for my details etc. makes me believe believe i am not going to deal with this company.  So, please advise me on how i

Pac code not accepted

Hi, Just trying to swith my number from Virgin Mobile to ID but my PAC code given to me a couple of days ago won’t work. I have entered all the correct information but just keep getting “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”WHY is this such a problem ?

My Sim has not been delivered

I ordered my SIM card on 29th of March and have had no notification that it has even been dispatched. I have checked my emails from ID Mobile, DPD and Currys. I would have expected some communication by now that it's at least been dispatched.

Removing blacklisting from device reported by someone else

I use an iPhone 11 Pro Max.  Bought originally by me in my name as a phone for my wife and for the last six months after she upgraded  I have been using it quite happily with my ID sim.It stopped working yesterday - unable to call, use mobile data or send / receive texts.  The local Apple Store have advised me it is appearing on a national database as lost / stolen (not reported as such by us) and they are unable to do anything.  They said that the IMEI number may have been entered incorrectly and they have seen this happening before.  They pointed me in the direction of ID mobile to resolve the matter.Unfortunately, I cannot remember my  password to get into my account and now cannot get a text reminder code to do so because the phone has been blacklisted.  Help please!

No Switzerland?

Any updates on including Switzerland? I’ve got Three as my provider on my main phone and they allow roaming in Switzerland - this is the network ID mobile uses, isn’t it? Seems a bit daft not to have a Swiss agreement as a result.

Unable to place calls and use data despite enough allowance

Hi everyone,For the last couple days I have been unable to place calls or use my data. I am also unable to send texts unless I am connected to WiFi. I have Unlimited Texts and Minutes, and still have some 16GB of data left in my monthly allowance, as shown on my Dashboard in the iD Mobile App. Whenever I try to call anyone, domestic or international, it says I have reached my “capped limit”. I am however still able to receive calls. My 4G/5G is also not working (if I try to load a page on Safari it doesn’t work; sometimes it will try to redirect me to an iD page that only loads once I reconnect to WiFi, and that page says I am currently out of data on my allowance or don’t have enough credit). I have tried restarting my phone, switching Airplane Mode on and off, turning Roaming off and on, etc, but none of these helped. I am using an iPhone 12 on iOS 16.1.1, in case that’s relevant. I have just spent about 1.5 hours on the iD Live Chat with an agent to try to resolve this issue, and th

SIM has not arrived

I ordered a SIM on the 15 January and it still has not arrived. It has been 2 weeks. I have the order number but I never received an email about it being dispatched. I checked my spam emails aswell. I almost forgot about it. Please can we get this sorted.

1 year contract ( None payment)

My husband took out a one year contract for a foster child we had. She left last June and said she had put the direct debit in her name. She had changed the password etc and when we tried to contact ID they could not give any information as email had been changed too. My husband has been getting calls from a debt collection agency, he has not answered because he has never owed anything in his life but is a bit worried that this agency have his name. The ID account is the only thing that he can think of because the foster child did change her number. Would ID hand this over to a collection agency? We do not know if she would have been allowed to have changed that much on the account as it was in my husbands name. It was £10 a month and as said that he would have rather have paid the rest of year off himself than have a negative on his file although nothing is showing yet. I would be grateful for nay help with this matter.

4g data speeds low wherever i go

I’ve had a I’d sim for a few months now and using as data in my van. in Bristol 3 have been working on their mast for some time which explains the low 1.5 mbps speeds I get with a Cat6 4g router. However even in other locations around Bristol the performance is terrible.  I am now in Luxembourg and still getting less than 1.5mbps. I have tried with a iphone7 as well as the router.  I have used the external aerial for the router, it’s own aerials and no aerials.  While there are small variances it is minimal. On the other hand, my work phone with vodafone gets 15 to 28 mbps almost anywhere. I upgraded my plan to unlimited in the hope that this would help but now I’m just paying more for the same slow speeds. any thoughts as I’m stumped, neither equipment, location or plan seem to make any difference

incomplete cancellation

The contracts I hold were cancelled 2 months ago. Last direct debit in December. So why have I received an email telling me to reinstate the direct debit?  ID mobile has the worst customer service interface. Virtually impenetrable once the phones are out of action.  would appreciate a response from customer services using email from an email that can also receive emails instead of a live chat.

£100 Currys Voucher - link from Money Saving Expert - SCAM?

I ordered my Pixel 7 on the 19th November through an affiliate link on MSE’s phone finder tool. I was told that I’d get a £100 Currys Voucher, and that’s the ONLY reason I joined this god forsaken network. Why am I yet to receive my voucher, 30 days AFTER the promo has ended?

I'm out in France and can see that my data usage is building up by quite a lot of money - but it should be included in my allowance.Does anyone know how to contact ID? I can't find the option anywhere

File size limit on PAYG SIM

Hello Does anyone know if there is a maximum filesize allowed by the PAYG Unlimited SIM?Or perhaps certain protocols (SSH, FTP etc) are blocked?Am attempting to SSH a 600MB file - the broadband will handle it no problem - id mobile PAYG Unlimited SIM refuses.Any advice appreciated RG

Using my Sim in a Cellular Data Capable Windows Laptop - problems arise

Hi idMobile Community Members, I’ve recently attempted to use my working idMobile Sim in my HP ProBook Business laptop for cellular/mobile connectivity. The laptop runs the latest version of Windows 10 Pro and it has a SIM slot built in along with a WWAN Mobile HP lt4120 Snapdragon X5 LTE module. When I put my ‘other network’ SIM in this fully unlocked laptop, it gets a really fast connection and all works well. I’m in an area of very poor 4G (but normally acceptable 3G/H+) connectivity with the idMobile Network. When I had my idMobile Sim in my Android tablet, I’d needed to manually force/limit the connection to operate on a 3G/2G connection (without 4G) because if it did otherwise make a 4G ‘connection’, it would get no or only 1 signal bar and it would inevitably stall with no data throughput at all. Using 3G however, I’d get throughput (just not as fast as the ‘other network’ on 4G).My laptop is showing it has 1 LTE signal bar with idMobile but it mentions its not connected (exactl

I cannot find a link to claim any vouchers, it must be very well hidden in the system. It has been since August that i refered a friend. How long do i have to wait, my friend has paid 3 bills now.  correction 4 bills now.
