Phone only rings twice

My phone only rings twice and cuts off before I can answer it. Friends who call me tell me that they’ve had the ringing tone their end for very many rings, but it only rings twice on my end. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A12. I’m trying to find out what I need to do to get this fixed. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

International roaming not working in Australia

I’ve turned on all roaming features, including international roaming but my phone is still not working.Can anyone help as I really don’t want to buy another sim!The networks that come up for me to choose from are: Optus AU, Telstra Mobile and vodafone AU and none of them appear to work?

Extra charge for receiving a TXT message

Hello everyone, So I’ve recently moved from Vodafone to ID, and today I’ve noticed on my bill I’ve got extra charge for TXT message £12.34, message is domestic and message was sent from UK mobile number, when I’ve checked this number in my contacts it’s number from my agency (UK mobile number), so when I’m booked in for work in our booking system, I’m receiving a TXT message (with a link) and email. Then I’m logging in to the booking system to confirm the shift, you not sending any txt message to this number as there will be no reply, so I’m just wondering, why am I charged for receiving a txt message and it’s mean now that every time I’ll be booked in for work and receive a text message, I’ll pay for that message, despite I’ve received it not send it.

Only receiving WhatsApp or messenger and other notifications when returning home to wifi.

Hi,We have 3 id mobile sims and we are all experiencing the same problem.We don't receive any notifications from WhatsApp, messenger, bank or other apps whilst out and about using data. The phones all go mad when we return home.Never happened with other networks and we all leave our data on all the time.

Messages not sending

Messages to one number are not sending - I have a rotating circle against the messages.  I can receive from this number, and can send and receive to/from other numbers.  This number is not blocked by myself or by the other number.

ID didn't issue default notice - my credit is destroyed

Dear ID mobile,I had a contract with you which I cancelled by closing my Direct Debit.  You emailed me to say I could still be in default if I didn’t close the account properly online.  So I did and I paid the next month’s balance even though I was no longer using the service.This was in November 2020.I have just discovered that I can’t get a mortgage becuase I had an outstanding balance of £3.24 and arrears had been applied to my credit file for January and February 2021.  But ID mobile didn’t send me a default notice advising of their action to my credit file for the arrears, which they are obliged to do before making this life-changing amendment to a credit file, to give the user a chance to clear it up before credit is affected. I’ve gone from ‘excellent’ to ‘poor’ rating for £3.24 that I didbn’t know I owed.  I cleared the balance on Friday 12th March and asked, via chat, if these arrears could be taken off my credit report.  The agent said yes the default is being removed but it

SIM card not arrived

I have taken a sim only contract with you but have not received my sim card yet. I have had notification of invoices but will not be very happy if you take my money for something I have not got. I have tried emailing and phoning you and your app is saying it is not working and to try later

PAC code transfer incomplete and no acknowledgment

Hi, I am joining iD for the first time. I submitted my PAC code on Tuesday 31st March and it showed online that the submission had been successful. I have received no text message or communication from iD since and my number has yet to be transferred. Does anyone know why this is taking so long? My PAC code expires from O2 on 15th April. Any help from iD would be gratefully received.

Hi, maybe anyone can help... I am having esues with porting my old number over. Pac code from vodafone been used to switch to ID 6 days ago. Now vodafone sim with my old number stopped working but old number still did not transfer. Thank you if anyone can help would be appreciative.

Canary Wharf Coverage?

Hi, I work in Canary Wharf and over the last few weeks there’s been almost zero network coverage.  The network status says “We're working on improving the network in this area at the moment”, but when is the network going to be actaully usable?  I can understand issues in the countryside, but in the middle of London, what’s going on?  If this doesn’t improve soon I’ll be switching providers.

Ported number not working to create login.

I took out this plan through Mobiles.co.uk. Ported my number over. Number working all fine to send/receive texts and calls. Got an email about my first bill and was instructed to create a login. When I try to create my login with the ported number I get an error. If I use the original number before the port it works and asks for the security code which has been texted which I obviously can't use. Spoke to live chat and initially the guy confidently told me that my old network hadn't sent them a file and that they would refund me a certain amount this month while they get it sorted. I then told the guy that I can make/ receive calls and everything is showing up with the ported number just not to create a login. He then told me it's been passed to the technical team and they'll sort it in 48 hours. Anybody else had this happen to them? Has anybody had a happy ending to a similar situation with iD Mobile because I've been reading online that they'll basically never fix it and I should pro

Account Set Up Invite

I need my account set up invite email resending to me - it has expired. As a result I cannot log in to use live chat. ID Mobile have created a catch 22 situation where customers are stuck and have to a ask a question on community board - absolutely bonkers! Very frustrating situation. Will never touch ID Mobile again.

Wi Fi no good

Whenever i connect to my home Wi-Fi on my phone,it either hangs as if I'm on dial up,it it just doesn't work.As soon as i take it off,my phone wirks fine?I dont get it as i came from three network to ID mobile and whenever i connected previously on three,it was superfast,now it just doesn't work?Phone is S23 Ultra.

New Sim Card

My monthly phone contract is over and I have opted for a sim only deal to pay on a monthly basis.When I filled in my details it seemed that I could keep my old number because I was an iD customer. After reading articles I am no longer sure... do I need to do something to keep my current number when my new Sim arrives?Do I need to cancel my original monthly phone contract? If so how do I do that? I don't want to get caught out and not have an active plan if I cancel but don't have my new Sim yet.

mobile data never works

I have data. There is coverage. I’ve switched on and off again. Sim is fine. But since I’ve been with Id I can never use mobile data, 3G or 4g. There are always the notices too left saying 4g etc but it never ever works. wht to do?can I leave ?

PAC code ‘Not Created’

Hi Tom, I came across your message to a lady who had the same problem as me where she had left ID and pac code had to be sent via email but it just said ‘Not Created’ where the pack code would be. This has happened 3 times to me now and customer services keep doing the same thing which isn’t working. Did you manage to solve the problem for this lady and if so you could help me with the same? No 5g?

Hello,I’m new to IDM, and since joining i have never had 5g. (i travel around for my work, to places i KNOW have “three 5g” enabled. as it used to work on previous provider - Smarty who also use Three’s network)Can you check and see if perhaps 5g wasn’t enabled on my NEW account? (even though order said 5g)Or perhaps i need to enable it on my phone (which would be weird being it a brand new phone) - google pixel 7 pro.  KindestJordan

Hi I had the iPhone 11 and my contact was finishing on the 26th of this month I upgraded my phone to the 14 I was going my iPhone 11 to a family member but when they put a sim in it doesn’t come up with the network?

Samsung S22 Ultra £150 Cashback

Hi, I saw a promotion on the ID Mobile website which tempted me to order a Samsung S22 Ultra The promotion was +£150 boosted cashback when trading in any phone against an S22 Ultra  I chose to trade in a fully functioning IPhone 5s for £5 + £150 boost  I received the phone on 7/11/22 but didn't receive the trade in pack?I have no emails or details on what happens now. I'm worried that this could turn into a wild goose chase. I have not yet ported my number as if the cashback doesn't work out I'm going to fully return the order.Please can someone Advise. Just received new SIM; how do I create account if I don't want to d/load app?

Just switched to this provider for my home broadband router, have created my community id- how to I log into my id Mobile account on my laptop? Thanks.Their marketing dept., should sort out the incorrect “community” url that’s on the SIM card holder! Shows as invalid.

Why is it so difficult to contact someone at ID Mobile?

An account has been set up using my name and address. It was not me. I have found it impossible to contact anyone at ID Mobile. Is this how you treat customers?, or just victims of fraud?

Number transferred to iD, still getting messages to my old device

Hi I am transferring my number from EE to iDMobile. I obtained a PAC code from EE and submitted it to IDMobile. This morning, I received a text which said that my number had been transferred to iD. Now when I make calls and send texts from my new phone, it shows as the number which i wanted to transfer. However, when I call my existing number, incoming calls still go to the old EE phone/go to EE voicemail if I turn off the old EE phone. I have tried turning the new iD phone off and on again, but the issue remains. I have a Google Pixel 6 if relevant. Please advise.
