Unable to switch off call forwarding on iphone

The call forwarding on iphone does not load. Tried Network reset, taken SIM card out and fit back, tried SIM card in another phone to switch off still no joy. Spoken to Apple support who asked me to enter ##002# and ID mobile serever still cannot be seen and I get error message. I have been told that this is ID Mobile setting and they are the only ones who can reset it and thne stop call forwarding. I have proven the issue is not the phone but the ID SIM.

Reason for credit check failure

Hi I applied for a contract through carphone warehouse and was instantly told it was rejected for a credit check failure. This doesn't make sense since I have a good score, recently aquired a mortgage and also have had a phone contract for over a decade now. I would like to know why I was rejected. My credit report shows no pending searches either. My wife who lives at the same address and also works with me doing the same job so makes 0 sence why she would hace a contract for more money accepted at the same time I get rejected. Could the fact we applied on the same day be a reason?Can someone help? I can provide further details if required.

Number transferred to iD, still getting messages to my old device

Hi I am transferring my number from EE to iDMobile. I obtained a PAC code from EE and submitted it to IDMobile. This morning, I received a text which said that my number had been transferred to iD. Now when I make calls and send texts from my new phone, it shows as the number which i wanted to transfer. However, when I call my existing number, incoming calls still go to the old EE phone/go to EE voicemail if I turn off the old EE phone. I have tried turning the new iD phone off and on again, but the issue remains. I have a Google Pixel 6 if relevant. Please advise.

Any plans to support Pixel Watch LTE?

Hi. I got an LTE Pixel Watch from Google's preorder deal, but unfortunately I can't use the mobile network features because only two UK carriers are supported right now. Any chance of coverage being expanded to id mobile in the near future? Thanks

Not receiving OTP messages

URGENTI just switched from Vodafone and I'm not getting important OTP text messages. I tried removing sim card, switching my phone on and off. Phone calls and ordinary txt messages appear to be okay. I have Apple iPhone 11. Thank you.

can't call a particular landline number from mobile only

I have recently been have issues calling my parents landline from my mobile.Their landline is working perfectly and can receive calls made from other phones.They have not accidentally blocked my number.When I try to call from my ID mobile, it simply cuts out straight away and doesn't ring/connect.Please help resolve this.

Data Roaming not working in Germany

I have recently moved to Germany from the UK and my calls and texts are working but my mobile data isn’t. I have already configured the APN settings and my data roaming is enabled on my phone and on the ID app. Nothing seems to be working. Is there anything else I can try?

Number Hasn't ported but old Sim stopped working

How long should this take, as I would of thought as soon as my old sim stops working my number on the ID sim would work. This is very inconvenient for work as I’m missing important phone calls.

Slow 4G last 2 days

Been a happy customer for 3 years now, never had any speed issues.. But for the past 2 days, I barely get 5 mbps, and it's often less than 1 mbps. Network status suggests that all is ok, so I'm stumped why my speeds have suddenly dropped off?

Poor Coverage

Hi, I've just joined iD mobile but I'm very disappointed with the coverage I'm getting at home. The Network coverage checker says very good service indoors and outdoors but indoors I've got virtually no signal and outdoors the signal is still weak and only 3G not the 4G i was led to expect. The checker doesn't say there are any faults in my area, So is the best I can expect?

I want to buy a Samsung Galaxy Active 2 4G smart watch. I have a pay monthly SIM only contract with a high data & voice limit. What would I need to do to get full 4G functionality on ID from the smartwatch

wifi calling not working after update to Android 11

My WiFi calling was fine until I updated my Realme7 phone to android 11. Now it will not work. I have selected it on the phone, switched off and on, all to no avail. How do I get it to work? This is important because when at home on a normal signal the conversations just keep breaking up. Thanks in advance.

I've forgot my password to My iD

I [b]am able[/b] to access it on my Samsung Galaxy J3 2016 model as I got it autofilled on Google Chrome but I am upgrading on the 3rd November 2018 and POSSIBLY won't have a way to access My iD. How do I get this sorted?? I can remember the username for My iD but can't remember my password.

Billing refund after fraudulent texts

I received 3 texts recently - each one costing me £1.50. The number sending the text was 85004. (12th, 14th and 17th April). I am not happy paying for these unsolicited texts. struggling to pay my bill

My bill is outstanding and I'm struggling to pay the bill at the moment due to the Covid-19 as I'm in isolation, its not affordable to pay the bill at the moment,buying food shopping which has increased more with my children being at home 24/7 as there not in school till September now ,so more meals are being prepared. As my phone as being restricted and cut of I am now unable to be in contact with my family as I can't t just go an visit now for a while,and it's hard enough not being able speak to them properly. So I'm just wondering if I'm able to get any help with my bill. we are all in the same situation and dealing with some life changing circumstances hope all is ok and staying safe. And look forward to a response

When does my contract end

Hi, I want to find out when my contract ends but unfortunately can’t find anyway of getting into my account. Every time I try to reset my password it says my email isn’t correct but when I try to reset my email it says there is something wrong with my details. I know i’m definitely registered as it recognises my number.  Any other ways to find out when my contract ends other than having to log in?

Texting 5 digit numbers (Shortcodes)

I have been unable to use 5 digit text numbers to contact BBC Radio 6 music and am concerned about whether I can text other 5 digit numbers at all.  I’m going to Glastonbury next week, and their onsite police team have a 5 digit text number to report anything, and when I’m travelling on the train, British Transport Police also use a 5 digit text number.  Obviously I don’t want to send test texts to the police, but I need to know that I can contact them if I need to.

Why has my number not transferred?

I recently got a contract with iD mobile and tried to transfer my old number. I used the PAC code my old provider gave me and used this on the iD website. I received a text saying that my number had been transferred but this is not the case as it is still the new iD number when I text or call people. How can I get my old number?
