I have a Huawei P20 Lite & my text messages occasionally won't send & a message pops up to say "service not activated on network" I have tried googling the answer to no avail, live chat is busy so can't get on & settings or message settings aren't any help from what I can tell...help please 🙈
I’ve missed quite a lot of calls recently because my phone hasn’t rung or anything - and my sister tells me that when she tried calling me, my number isn’t recognised! I tested this from my landline, first trying my number with ‘0’ at the front. It told me the number isn’t recognised. So then I tried it with ‘44’ at the beginning instead, and it went straight to ID voice mail.Can you shed any light on why this might be happening and how I fix it, please?Thanks.
Why its important: I am unable to receive text messages whilst abroad, especially important confirmation text messages ie from my bank so that I can access my account, or when setting up new apps. Handset/Device: Lenovo K520 Issue Specific: I don’t receive the confirmation codes via text message and am unable to access my apps. Roaming, International and Premium are all switched on and I have unlimited texts on my plan. When?/Where?: I have received texts whilst in the UK, but since using my sim card here in Singapore, I cannot receive any messages. I also cannot send any messages. I recently got told I can upgrade my phone, after looking I found a phone I liked. The problem is, upgrading my phone will cost more then to start a new contract with you. So I ordered a Google Pixle 3a on the 4th (A Saturday) and I got a text saying it would be delivered on the 6th and I would get a text by 11 am. Its now 9 o’clock on Monday and still no text, and the DPD website says that they have my order details but not my package. I understand there are delays at the moment but I really want my new phone and it would be nice to know if its going to arrive at all. Thanks in advance Matthew
I can receive calls [b][i]and[/i][/b] texts using WiFi Calling + able to make outgoing calls using WiFi Calling. But unable to send texts - immediate message states "Not Delivered". My son's mobile phone is on an ID account, which I control and monitor via the app. I have just got my daughter a mobile phone, which is also on an ID account and I need to be able to control and monitor this also, as I do for my son. How can I add my daughter's phone to the existing account? If this cannot be done, how do I set up a second account to monitor her phone usage - without using a different mobile number?
I rang a number on Saturday absolutely fine had conversation etc.I have been trying to ring the same number since and my phone says invalid number. I tried from my Partners ID mobile phone same problem. All my friends can ring the number from their networks.I tried the Volt... I have re booted my phone. Deleted the number and the re saved. Tried to ring it just typing in the numberNothing works! If no phones in my house work for the same number what happens when another number does not work. Would have to change network when you have managed to just sign me into a contract
Since I have been an ID Mobile Customer I ha e had poor signal, extremely poor 2-3 bars I have not had any 4G signal at all all the time i have had the sim, I feel hard done by ID Mobile and feel I was offered a service that I am not receiving is there any rules about offering a great service then getting a very poor one,? I mean I feel as if I should be getting money off my bill as they are not keeping their end of the deal up, I was promised good signal with 4G and I got terrible signal with no 4G what so ever, feel really let down by ID Mobile service I understand they piggy back off of three network but this is for no excuse for terrible signal. If you cannot offer a certain signal you should not advertise it as this is complete false advertising. On 3 April, I activated my new iD sim and used the calls and data normally with no issues. A few hours after (still 3 April), I requested to move my old giffgaff number over. My iD sim worked normally until sometime between 10:45am and 12noon on 4 April. At this point the giffgaff sim disabled and the iD sim stopped working properly, and I received an error popup for iD Sim stating "sim 1 not provisioned". To clarify what "not working properly" 1. Unable to dial any phone number - I get a message saying "the number you have called has not been recognised" (even for known active numbers that work on other phones) 2. With wifi ON, the notification bar displays "H" data signal 3. With wifi OFF, I have no data signal (the area on the notification bar where you would expect to see H, G, 3G or 4G, is blank) 4. Hi , my mobile works perfectly most of the the time, except some times when my parents call me (they are on Giff Gaff network) they receive an odd message that I’m on another line, and I don’t hear the phone ringing. Other people don’t have this problem. Any suggestions how to fix this ?

I have a new iD SIM but wanted to port my existing Vodaphone number across. I got a PAC from my Voda and filled in the form on iD to port the number. Today, my Voda SIM is deactivated and I received an SMS from iD to say “Good news! You’ve transfered your number to iD...” BUT alls calls and texts are still going out from and coming into the number on the Carphone Warehouse recieipt, not the my Voda number? I’ve restarted the phone, but no change. I’m on Android.
Received porting was successful at the start of the week but I'm not receiving OTP messages from most (but not all) of my banks - any idea whats going on here? From what I can see from previous community posts it either just magically works one day or a ring to support can make things come back to life again. Anyone able to put me in the right direction?
Since I got my new upgrade for my phone my snapchat no longer works on my mobile data. It works on WiFi but not mobile data. Idk if it is something too do with the sim because I have the same sim from my last contract just changed the plan for the sim and got a new phone. My phone won't send texts. I have unlimited text and I tried to send a text message to a UK number when I was in Spain but it failed to deliver. I've tried to do a manual roam to make phone reconnect to id network; turned it off and on; and tried flight mode. And it still not sent. iMessage is working for me, just the normal text message. Anyone got any suggestions please?
No service at all. Phone hasn't worked for three days, ironically, I can't call to ask for help. The online chat doesn't actually exist? There is nowhere to click into it? Turned off and on. Put sim back in. Etc. How can I get a callback? More importantly, how can I have a working phone that I'm paying a contract for.
