    Samsung A40 call issue

Hi. Just changed phone to a Samsung A40. My original ID mobile sim wouldnt work for calls (in or out) so after going through setting with chat operator I was sent a new sim. Still have same problem with new sim I tried the following: Lebara sim in the A40 and it works fine. New ID mobile sim in a S21 Ultra and it works fine. Another ID Mobil sim that currently works in an S24 Ultra, this works fine in the A40. So why is the new ID mobile sim not working in the A40? Please help before I pull any more hair out.

    Network and Call Issues

Hi, I have an Iphone SE Gen2 and recently been having an issue where calls will not come through. My husband for instance will call me, it rings all the way to voicemail - I get no notification of an incoming call - no missed calls etc. I am also having issues making outbound calls. - it doesn’t ring, it just hangs and then disconnects. I have updated the phone to the latest IOS - reset network settings etc etc I cant contact IdMobile - obviously hey are now an “Online” only customer service team which I use lightly as after waiting 90minutes on their online chat they simply disconnected with the message “Our Team is Unavailable” Never thought I would have to turn to an online forum for help rather than customer service. So I am short of giving up unless someone here can help?

    Call Issues

Just lately when I'm on a call the person on the phone has said that I keep dropping out and they can't hear me. It doesn't happen all the time and as a driver I travel the UK so can't really pinpoint where it happens. I get the same thing happen when using a Bluetooth or without. I've reset the network settings, switched the phone off several times, turned airplane mode off and on and it still does it. The phone is only 4 months old so it's surely not that. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

    network and call issues again

I have posted in this forum before and am so frustrated with the lack of support from id we are having constant issues where those says it has a signal but is unable to receive calls. calling the number and it just rings. The phone receives no notification of a missed call and can’t call out. It just hangs without dialling. Have tried all solutions - restarting works for a while but there is no way of knowing when this error has happened. I have done all the things related to the 3G switch off advised in this forum. Honestly will never go with a company again that’s online only with no customer service team, when things go wrong some support is needed. any advice before I switch networks?

    calls issue

Can no longer make or receive calls. Was working fine last week. WiFi and internet work fine. Tried all the various suggested solutions apart from putting my sim in another phone as I don’t have another phone to try it out on. Any suggestions?

    Number used for spoofing calls

I keep getting calls from people saying they are returning my call. The issue is I have not been calling them. It seems my number is showing up on their caller ID. But its not me, calling. Searching on the internet it seems it is called spoofing, I have tried reporting it to action fraud, but online there seems to be no way to report it after trying a number of options. So I have given up with that route. The other option is to contact your provider. I can use my phone and receive calls as normal. It just seems somehow someone is masking their number on caller ID by using my number. What can I do?

    Calls not working

I'm experiencing calls issue since 3 weeks and it's not getting better at all. This is really causing my everyday life and I am not sure from where to get help. I would rather like to switch provider immediately but I am on a contract. This experience with ID mobile is pathetic

    SIM provisioning issue

Hi, I have successfully activated the replacement eSIM on my Samsung S25, and I can make outgoing calls. However, when people try to call me, they hear a message saying that my number is not recognized. The correct number is displayed under About Phone and SIM Manager eSIM, but the incoming call issue persists. Can you please check and resolve the provisioning for incoming calls? Thank you, Christos

Call cuts out when reading numbers or credit card digits or readng out a telehone number

Formal Complaint Regarding Persistent Poor Mobile Reception and Call Quality Dear ID Mobile, I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the persistent poor mobile reception and unacceptable call quality I have been experiencing at my location, NW11, since the commencement of my contract in March 2024. In an attempt to mitigate these issues, I have resorted to utilising Wi-Fi calling on the mobile phone settings and that has made very little difference. However, this has proven to be an inadequate solution, as the line continues to cut off intermittently, particularly during crucial moments such as when I am reading digits or relaying sensitive information like account details or telephone numbers or even spelling an address out. These persistent connectivity problems have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. However, the situation has recently escalated to an intolerable level. To further emphasis the severity of this issue, I have conducted compa

No incoming calls when roaming, failed port?

I have recently joined ID and ported my number from Talkmobile. Everything seemed fine until I was roaming in Europe. I can make outgoing calls and data works fine, but incoming callers are met with the message ‘This number cannot accept your call’. The issue is not handset related, I travel for work and fully understand how to set up my phone for roaming and have been through troubleshooting with CS on a live chat. This was escalated to the Technical Team who got back a day later and suggested changing my network selection from automatic to one from a supplied list. I’d obviously tried this already, and am quite frustrated at the poor support offered and lack of a number to call. Could this be due to a partially failed port? If so, what steps should I take to resolve this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Please can anyone help before I go through the admin of changing provider?

Unable to make or receive calls.

My husband and I are both with ID and neither of us can make or receive calls. Whenever we do the person on the other end can't hear us. The person on the other line can be heard absolutely fine but they can't hear anything from either of us dialing off an ID phone. I have complained about this already and my husband was sent a new SIM ( I was promised we would both receive new Sims which didn't happen). There has been absolutely no improvement since my complaint and my husbands new SIM has made no difference whatsoever. Both of our phones have been rendered unusable and there seems to be no sensible solution. Why am I paying a monthly charge for two phones that don't function as phones?! I have just lost my Grandma and it is currently impossible to phone Grandad to check in on him. The advice I have been given by ID hasn't fixed the issue and I cannot believe I am paying for a serious lack of service not to mention the fact it is impossible to actually speak to anyone about the issue.

Call forwarding/Call divert is not working?

Hello, I did some research on iD mobile, and read here, here and here that call forwarding/divert is supported. So I signed up today! However, I cannot get call forwarding to work at all. I am using a Google Pixel 6a, with this month’s software update. I am using an iD mobile eSim. WiFi calling is working, and I have setup voicemail. I can make and receive calls OK, and get 4G/LTE coverage at my location. I’m trying to enable call divert by: Opening the android dialer (phone icon). Opening Call forwarding menu ( Menu icon > Settings > Calling accounts > iDmobile > Call forwarding. The phone briefly shows “Reading settings...” and then shows a forwarding number for ‘Always forward’, ‘When busy’, ‘When unanswered’ and ‘When unreachable’. The number shown ends in 123 (voicemail?) for all options except ‘Always forward’, which shows as ‘off’. I select ‘Always forward’ and enter a phone number (a UK mobile number in the format +44xxxxxxxxxx) and select ‘Turn on’. The phone shows “Reading se
