    switching day scheduled for today but no sim card delivery

    My switching day for moving my existing mobile number to ID Mobile is scheduled for today (March 27) but still no SIM card delivery!! This is the e-mail I received from Royal mail; Today, Tuesday, 25 March 2025 Delivery is estimated between: 10:37am and 1:37pm* What happens on switching day when I have no new SIM card? Does switch happen so my current SIM card will stop working? (Not ideal to not have any mobile phone access, especially as I am paying for it) What can I do to get an ID Mobile SIM card to port my existing mobile phone number? I can’t even set up ID Mobile app as it depends on SIM card and being sent a code… help! I simply want this sorted as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Help! Thanks.

    Gaslit by customer service

    Anyone else get gaslit by customer service every time you contact? They are so rude. I have been unable to make or receive phone calls for over a year and still no resolution or compensation. ID have been so unhelpful if not down right rude. Having order a replacement SIM for the second time, it has mysteriously been delivered to an address in Tiverton (not my address) and ID proceed to gaslight me and try to say it has gone to my old address or Royal Mail messed up. I have never had an address in Tiverton listed on file with ID so I am understandably concerned they have shared my information with someone they should have. I am having to contact weekly to ask for help and have to jump through the same hoops every time and am always offered the same solution. All I want is a working phone or to be able to leave my contract for a company who actually provide the service I have paid for.

    New phone - switch hasn't occured

    Hi, I bought a new phone from Carphone warehouse - Google pixel 9. I was on the Three network, and I gave over the code to keep my number, when I took out the contract. The switch was supposed to happen on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning (today) 10am I received an email saying the switch had been completed. I didn't receive a new SIM, so assumed my old one would work in this phone. But I have no service. It says, emergency calls only. I've tried upwards of 20 times to speak to someone on the chat function and it says 'sorry I can't chat right now' each time I try to get transferred to an agent. I can't access the app either because it's trying to send me a text and I can't receive it. Any advice? Thanks, Leigh

    pay as you go Sim card

    Hello I'm interested in buying a pay as you Go SIM card to use with my Tablet when I am in Republic of Ireland as I don't have internet connection where I'm staying I do at least 4 visits a year when you order the SIM when does plan start as I will be travelling there on 4th March Regards Chris

    No replacement of my existing phone number over to new SIM Card

    My account got Hacked 27 December 2024 My Account got deactivated - Without my knowledge Ordered a Sim card 27 December 2024 - Said to have existing phone issued with the SIM card 7 January “Your SIM has left our warehouse and is on its way to you by Royal Mail first class delivery. This can take 2-3 working days, so it should be with you very soon” 9 January Still no sim card - I Cannot not make any calls still Really not happy with Customer service - No one has help me revolve this BIG ISSUE Three times now have been ordered Still no sim card Unable to a a PAC code?     Replacement sim card as old and out of date with errors

    Why the bloody hell can you not simply click on order a replacement sim card and have done with it. People have busy lives and whenever getting online Online Chat agents is not available! Also I cannot get out easy to find a Curry's store. Wouldn't it just be simple and less infuriating for ID Customers to have a hassle free service and experience than to cause inconvenience and annoyance to all. For 2 weeks now I'm unable to make international calls to my husband I cannot get through on Online Chat and it's not snowing today but my child is sick so cannot take her out to wait for a bus in minus degrees weather and go find a Curry's store. This is why ID is loosing so much buisness. It's easier to leave and give business to elsewhere!

    I ordered the sim car last week and so far I haven’t received it. I haven’t even got an email saying that the card has been despatched. Moreover the network switch was done yesterday leaving me without an active phone number. There isn’t a way to track the order. What am I supposed to do? I can’t even go to the live chat as I have to enter a mobile number to send a verification code!! how can I speak to customer service to sort it out on way or another?

    I recently acquired a new iPhone through a contract agreement. Upon opening the box and inserting the SIM card into the device, I realized that I could not retain my existing phone number, as it was associated with ID Mobile, which apparently does not allow for number changes. However, I am uncertain about the process for returning the device, particularly since the box has been opened and the SIM card has been inserted.     Return new phone

    Hi, I purchased a phone online and didn’t receive any proof of purchase or confirmation email. I need to return the pay monthly phone unused with sim card and packaging and can do to a currys store but I have no invoice. I tried to use the webchat but is unavailable. I then downloaded the return request form which it says on the website to return to a Salford address but on the downloaded form gives a Southampton address. Kind regards, Sarah

    Not Received my Curry's Gift Card

    I upgraded my iD Mobile contract in April which started on 08/04/25, and I was supposed to receive a £50 Currys gift card as part of this upgrade. I have checked the contract documents and it confirms that the £50 gift card is included. I received an email from DPD on the 08/04/25 saying my order will arrive on the 11th April (I assumed this was the gift card as a new SIM card was not needed) and then received another follow-up email to say that there was a delay with the delivery but no new delivery date was given. I have not heard anything since from DPD. I contacted iD Mobile via live chat in early May and I was told to contact Gift Cloud which I believe are the suppliers for the gift card. I contacted Gift Cloud on 13/05 and finally on 19/07, they have responded to say that I am not eligible for the gift card because the order was not tracked via MSE or any other affiliate. However, this gift card offer was not through a 3rd party affiliate, as it was offered on the iD Mobile websi

    Hi, I spoke to one of your agents to get a new SIM card delivered to a new address. I had changed my billing address on the ID Mobile app. Unfortunately the SIM card has been sent to my previous address. Could you please cancel that and send a new one to the correct address please. Thank you

    Terrible experience Customer Service and DPD

    I ordered a phone and 24 month contract last Thursday. I entered my billing details (home address) and delivery details (work address). I got a notification on Saturday that my order was being delivered, an iPhone 16 Pro Max and received a subsequent email from DPD with the pin code. I then noticed that it was being sent to my billing address and not the delivery address as requested. I wasn't home on Saturday as I was away for the weekend but I notified my husband and gave him the pin. He said he had to go out at midday but would collect it if he was home. When midday arrived and he wasn't home I checked on the delivery and it said my delivery was number 165 and the driver was on number 40. So I rescheduled the delivery and paid DPD £4.99 to deliver on Tuesday between 12 and 6pm, when I knew that someone would be home to collect it. DPD still attempted to deliver the parcel and asked a resident in another flat for the pin code. Of course they didn't have it. So it got returned to the

I’ve contacted DPD to no evail I ordered the new iPhone 16 pre order & still haven’t received it I thought it might come separate to the sim etc but still nothing & says delivered on dpd & Carphone warehouse

    Final Bill

    Received a Final Bill and the SIM hasnt been received after 6 working days. Therefore inactive and unused. Cancelled after 4 working days of ordering as old SIM had run out, expecting ID SIM to turn up. Now 7 working days on SIM has arrived was told we can use it as PAYG since they failed to deliver in due course.
