    undelivered phone handset

    Hi. I have recently taken out a new contract with sim and handset. DPD tried to deliver a day earlier than expected and have returned the handset to curry’s. I’ve tried to locate it with curry’s but they don’t recognise the order number I have. Today I’ve received a refund from carphone warehouse for my deposit yet I’ve got a bill for my first month of the contract? Does anyone know how I get the phone or what I need to do to sort this out? Thanks.

    Been in ID for a couple of years now. But now when I send a text it says undelivered but does get to the other person, but when they reply, the reply doesn't come through. On iphone, up to date software, done network reset etc and anything else I can find to do. I have not changed anything to have caused it to stop working. Also, although we have tested calls incoming from partners mobile, it seems others have tried and failed to get through...one being an important call for a hospital appointment we have been waiting for. Please help!

    DPD never attempted delivery, and now ID Mobile won't let me cancel, despite being within 30 day cooling off period

    I thought I’d post here to see if anyone else can help or offer any sort of advice on this headache. I ordered a new contract for an iPhone 16 on the 1st July, it was dispatched the same day, but the next day DPD emailed to say they had my parcel and would send me a time slot for delivery… but they simply never did. The next morning, I checked the tracking again and it said my package was undeliverable and to contact Currys/ID Mobile for further advice. So, to reiterate, this was not a case of me having missed the delivery, or it being left with a neighbour/safe place and going missing. DPD never attempted delivery. It never left their depot. I contacted ID Mobile on the 3rd to raise the issue, and was told someone would contact me within 48 hours to sort things out. No one did. I contacted them again 6th July, and was once more told to wait 48 hours for someone to contact me. No one did. I contacted them AGAIN on 8th July. This time I was told they would submit a formal complaint on m

    Not able to receive calls or sms texts

    Hi im looking for advice from anyone that has had similar issue please. I ported my number from Smarty to ID yesterday and since its ported I can't receive calls (working fine before) The message caller gets when they try call me is the number is not recognised. I am also unable to receive sms texts - the sender says they are undeliverable. I can make calls and send sms texts fine. This issue has only happened since I ported my number. I've spent full day online chatting with agents and checking settings etc, all are fine. I picked up new sim from curry's to try and the problem still persists. Even when I insert the replacement sim into my old handset it doesn't work but other sims work fine in both handsets so issue must be down to the port or network as I've ruled out sim issue, setting issues and handset issue.     S24FE unable to receive calls texts

    Hi I have spent a week since my number was ported over to this new phone unable to receive calls texts. Initially i was unable to make calls but this randomly was fixed on Tuesday but if you ring this phone number it says invalid number. I’ve spent many hours on the live chat and various agents have suggested various settings changes but to no avail. It is supposedly with the tech team with whom i requested a call from at the beginning of the week but it never happened. I’ve tried new sim cards and even been into Currys but no luck. Has this happened to anyone else and could anyone suggest any fixes? - I suspect its a porting issue but who knows??

    I have a blocked number but voicemails still get delivered from that number. HOW?

    I have a strange problem to report. I have a Samsung android A25 5G phone fully up-to-date android software. I have successfully blocked a phone number on the device however I am still getting voicemails from that blocked number being delivered to my voicemail. I would’ve thought that blocking the number would have completely blocked all communications from a blocked number. Perhaps something needs to be done on the voicemail server as well? I don’t know? Is this normal?

    Wrong phone delivered - no updates

    I seem to have the same issue as a number of other ID mobile customers - I ordered an iPhone 16 Plus, but was delivered an iPhone 15 by DPD. The box was sealed when it arrived, and I opened it before realizing that the phone was not what I ordered. I have followed the process of registering a complaint with customer service, but the 6 business days specified for investigation have passed, and I have no updates on the status of the complaint. Does anyone have any advice on moving this forward? In a phone call with customer service today I was assured that the matter would be escalated and I should wait 72 hrs, but I have no faith that this will produce anything, Is there another avenue to make a complaint?

    how long after processing will my phone be delivered?

    hi! it took around 5 days for my phone order to be processed, the estimated delivery was for tomorrow and i only just received the email that it’s been processed this morning .. does this mean the phone itself may be dispatched / delivered late? usually i wouldnt mind but my current phone is breaking and becoming more unusable, so i was really hoping to get my new one asap 😩 will i have to wait till next week? its the s25, is that why processing is delayed due to being a pre-order and i dont have to worry it should still be dispatched this evening / arrive tomorrow?

    Worst provider I’ve ever been with. Renewed my contract stupidly as the sales rep said the signal improves with the new phone antenna. Not been able to confirm this as my phone hasn’t been delivered. DPD tried once but never followed my delivery instructions to drop at my neighbours house. When I tried to rearrange a second delivery the DPD website just kept saying something has gone wrong with my parcel. Spoken to ID complaints who said call back In 6 days. Not sure why they couldn’t call me. Got back in touch today to be told from the rep I ordered through a separate company who will deal with it and my phone contract has been longer than 14 days so can’t cancel. But if the goods haven’t ever been delivered I’ don’t see how the 14 days can start to see if I’m happy with the phone? I never leave reviews, good or bad. But if I can save one person from going with ID I’ll be a happy guy. Not sure what I’m doing about my phone as no one is helping. Currently using my old phone 4 weeks int

    Phone not delivered by DPD

    DPD failed to deliver my new phone on Sunday. Sent back to Currys by DPD. Called DPD they cant help. Called Currys they said cant help because when I give my details it says restrictive access. Went on live chat with ID mobile and they asking me phone number and ID pin which I dont have because I haven't received a phone yet and this is the first time I have used ID mobile. They said I failed security so cant help me. Who should I contact to get phone delivered??
