    I’ve had my new phone for a month. I don’t have a normal SIM, just an eSIM. Is it normal that, whenever I power my phone on, do I get a message that says “Tap to update SIM info. This will check for new and removed SIMs. eSIM 1 will disconnect for a few seconds while your SIMs are updated”.

    Wrong phone delivered - no updates

    I seem to have the same issue as a number of other ID mobile customers - I ordered an iPhone 16 Plus, but was delivered an iPhone 15 by DPD. The box was sealed when it arrived, and I opened it before realizing that the phone was not what I ordered. I have followed the process of registering a complaint with customer service, but the 6 business days specified for investigation have passed, and I have no updates on the status of the complaint. Does anyone have any advice on moving this forward? In a phone call with customer service today I was assured that the matter would be escalated and I should wait 72 hrs, but I have no faith that this will produce anything, Is there another avenue to make a complaint?

However, I have noticed that my payment history is not being reflected on my credit report. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that my payments are being reported correctly to the credit reference agencies.     ID/THREE down since Friday with no updates

    My connection went down on Friday and we’re getting no updates. I had already raised a complaint about patchy service before it went down completely. So I asked my case handler and he said they aren’t getting any updates from tech either. Apparently it has to do with the merger with Vodafone. It seems Vodafone were using too much bandwidth and taking it from ID/THREE mobile. I suspect that’s why I’ve had awful connectivity for a while now. The person I spoke to said they had to shut down the network until they get that issue fixed. I was horrified when he mentioned the possibility of months!! Obviously, if it isn’t up & working by a full week, I’m looking at another supplier. Hubby is with THREE and has the same issue with no service. ID said they’ll let me leave the contract with no early exit fees due to this issue. If I choose to leave I’ll have to call and quote my complaint number to request that free exit. Chat bot requires pin from the app!!! alternative security doesn’t recognise my post code! there’s no way at all to contact this failed organisation! Who is “in charge” of IT for you? Absolutely hopeless. Even the transcript of my chatbot nightmare is selective in what is sent, in order to cover the mess!

    Yesterday I wa supposed to get an interview call at 2 pm and if this issue was communicated before hand I could have contacted the employer however ID did not communicate therefore no call came through. Then I realised I can’t make call either. So first of all ID did not communicate this to the customers including me in a timely manner, then it still the same issue? I contacted apple thinking my settings have gone haywire and spend like one hour trying to run reports and analytics. I will need refund of my bill as the network has failed provide the basic and the prime use of the network to make or receive phone calls. What a scam. No customer service until they sell you the phone and the plan they nag you and then no customer support
