I have received a new SIM and activated it but it is still not working 2 days later. I need to use my phone and don't know what to do. ALSO my dashboard says it has data but no calls or texts HELP
A new SIM card from iD is supplied already activated.
I’m not sure how you managed to activate and already activated SIM card?
