Transfer number to existing ID plan

I have two phones one with ID which I am keeping and another phone with EE that I am closing down. Can I port the EE phone number to my existing ID phone.  I have a PAC number from EE but my online account says I have successfully ported my number (which I did when I opened the account) now I want to change the number again and that option doesn’t seem to exist.

Hi @Steve24, could you try using our online switching form? For clarity, where it says “Your iD Mobile number”, just enter the one you’re currently using; the one you ported in when you opened the account.

Number ports don’t take place over the weekend, so it’ll be Tuesday before this goes through. Let us know if you have any trouble.
