Showing number given to me by id mobile on my account although I am using number that I imported also old plan on account but I’ve changed to sim only I wanted to upgrade my account but can’t because of wrong data on my account.

Are you saying that you’ve tried to transfer your existing number across to iD Mobile but it hasn’t worked yet? Can I ask when you started the process? Something to bear in mind is that number ports don’t take place over the weekend, so there wouldn’t be any movement there.
Could you possibly try to rephrase your message, as I’m struggling to make sense of it?

I am using my imported number on a monthly contract but when I check my account online it is showing the number originally given to me by ID and the option to top up how do I change ge this.
