Last night I tried to set up a new contract with ID Mobile. My phone is not compatible with eSim. How do I cancel this?
Why is there no live chat or any other way to contact anyone at ID? I’ve been going round in circles for half an hour and keep coming to the same page saying how live chat is available?
I have not used or even open the package of my mobile phone. I am not satisfied with the customer service and I would like return my mobile and terminate the contract with ID mobile and stay with EE.
I have had nothing but problems with my phone. From day one it won’t let me message certain people. My neighbour is 90 & she relies on me messaging her.It’s hit & miss with phone calls. I had a new sim, spoke to team members. The last team member asked for this payment on the phone. I have tried 3 times to sort this problem out. I’m contacting the Financial ombudsman to take this further. I want to return the handset & sim . Please privately message me an email for me to send all of this information too
Anyone else had nothing but trouble with ID, you can never use live chat as always busy and now they have changed my sim plan ?
I can't make n receive calls now. It's nearly a month n all the days and time spend to rectify it was stressful. Tell me how to get out of this id contract n moved back to my previous network provider.

Isn't it time id mobile came up with a reason why calls drop after 2 minutes and 5 seconds. I'm not the only person who has this problem but they blame the SIM card the phone the area never a fault in there network

Hi ID, I had many years of ok service, now it sucks and i off. I'm on rolling contact and now i have stopped my DD and now being threatened with debt agencies even the network hasn't worked for months. The website is rubbish and you cannot access your account which I do have now but the sim don't work. then they want to send a One time pass code and the sim is in a Mifi.
