I recently upgraded to an unlimited plan via my ID app (which in the end became a phone call to resolve). The app put forward a recommended plan for me with a price - after I completed the transaction, my wife was browsing the ID website when she noticed that this plan was being advertised at a cheaper price than what was being offered to me via my own app!
Now, the live chat doesn’t work, I can’t call them and they have no way of being contacted by email. When I tried to complain, the form submission button doesn’t appear. I smell a rat…
