Can I cancel my upgrade?

Yes - if you change your mind you can cancel your upgrade, so long as it's within the first 30 days of your new iD plan and you upgraded through our website or over the phone. Unfortunately, upgrades done in-store can't be cancelled.

You'll receive a refund for any upfront payments and revert back to the original plan you were on (if it's still available).

Now that the call centres are closed, my contract is due to expire on 4 April so how can I cancel?
