That depends on your current plan, payment history, and also what we’ve got available. If you're eligible to upgrade, you can browse through our current deals on the iD Mobile App or My Account online by heading to the 'My Account' page. Click the tile that says 'You can upgrade to a new handset!', and select 'Upgrade now’.
If you can't see that tile, you still might be eligible to upgrade. To find out, scroll down to 'Manage my plan' and select 'Check if I can upgrade'.
