Our 30-day SIM-only plans are 30-day rolling plans.
After 30-days, the plan will refresh and you'll get your full allowances again.
If at any time you wanted to cancel, you can do this with 30-days notice from within the iD app/account or request a PAC code and use this to port your number out.
If you wanted to change plans because your current plan doesn't seem right for you, tariff change options are found in the app.
