Activating a replacement SIM

Like many others I have been unable to activate my upgrade SIM. Live chat is never available. Other users asking about this seem to receive a PM. Why not just make the information available to the rest of us? And so: how do I activate my new SIM please?

The quickest way of having your SIM card activated is by contacting us over the phone or by contacting our Live Chat team when they are available.

If you still have issues with having your SIM card activated then please contact us and we'll have this sorted.

Please include your Community Username, Full Name, Full Address, iD Mobile Phone Number and Date of Birth when you send your message.
