being charged as my direct debit hasnt gone out

Hi 

I changed my direct debit date to the 1st for the sake of bills going out on one day, I’m now being charged £59! From my £45 contract when you haven’t taken it?

Hi @Angelbrooks,

If you have not used any additional services then this might be due to the bill covering a longer period. Can you check the dates that the bill covers to confirm this please?

Changing your Direct Debit date can result in the next bill being slightly higher as you have extended the current payment period. The following month your payments will be back to normal.
