buying a sim only deal for daughter

I already have an account with id and have recently purchased a phone for my daughter,  I now want to get a sun only contact to go with the phone,  but when they do the credit check the order gets canceled.  Help!!

Are you currently on a SIM-only plan with us yourself? or in a 24-month contract?

How many existing iD Mobile accounts do you currently have in your name?

 

Generally speaking, if you have recently purchased an account that is under 6 months old, then sometimes a secondary account does get rejected until we have at least 6 months of payments being made on time on file for you.

You could either wait till 6 months have passed (if they haven’t already) -or- you could potentially have a partner or family member purchase the SIM-only contact in their name if really needed.
