Not possible i’m afraid.
A work around would be to obtain a PAC number, move the number to another network and then have your son purchase his own ID Mobile contract and port the number back over to his ID Mobile account.

You can upgrade the contract, keeping it in your name and update the Direct Debit details to his, but this won’t change the ownership as this cannot be done unless you use the steps
The account would always be in your name and he would not be able to discuss any issues.
