I have set up a sim only plan for my daughter, however she would now like a new phone so wanted to changed to a pay monthly contract. There doesn’t seem to be a way of doing this and keeping her mobile number the same?

Hi there
How long ago was it you purchased the SIM-only plan? See with new SIM-only plans it wouldn’t be until 6-months later that 24-month phone contract upgrades would show there on that account itself.
